WARNING: The staff at this hotel do not speak any English. If you book with them, it is unlikely that they will be able to help you with things like a hotel transfer from the airport. We tried contacting this hotel several times before our trip, including soliciting help from Hotels.com, and nobody spoke English or was able to help, no matter who called. Even once we got to the hotel we had to use Google translate to communicate with the staff to check in and check out.
The staff also failed to book a taxi for us on the morning we were checking out, despite them writing down the time we needed a taxi for. After asking about the taxi in the morning, they repeatedly told us that they were ordering a taxi, but none came until I translated "we will miss our flight" in the translation app. Then they helped us. We ended up leaving almost half an hour late, and we had to rush through the airport.
This hotel is around a 20-30min drive/taxi ride from the BKK airport. Unfortunately, the cab drivers at the airport do not seem to know how to get to this hotel. We had to use Google Maps to show them how to get to this hotel.
Other than that, the hotel is OK. The bathroom was suitable, the room was clean, the beds were OK, and the air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast was OK and served to our room in the morning on time, and the staff (while generally unhelpful) were polite.
