很特別設計的旅館

與隔壁房間共用浴室的設計很特別，旅行過這麽多國家和旅館，第一次被這種設計驚嚇到是因為不小心鎖了隔壁房的門導致對方無法使用廁所而敲我的門。

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況

1️⃣房間隔音太差，半夜三點多四點居然還可以聽到咚咚咚敲東西的聲音，要求換房間說沒有房間！（訂了5晚的房間，難道這麼多天都沒有房間可以換嗎？） 2️⃣房間衛生有點差，第一天到酒店因為太晚了，有點累就直接睡了沒太注意！第二天就叫了人收拾房間！當我回到酒店的時候，床單被套那些什麼都沒換（因為床尾的地方有一個特別大的補丁，所以記得很清楚），就只換了毛巾，墊腳毛巾都沒換，枕頭都還有頭髮！垃圾桶的垃圾也不收，還有洗澡室的去水口一堆的頭髮也不收拾（因為我那天沒洗頭，所以肯定不是我的頭髮！）我自認我並不是一個特別講究的人，也沒有要求酒店天天更換床單被子，住了五天，叫了兩次客房服務，兩次都沒有幫我更換，真心想問一句，難道我沒有付房租嗎？ 3️⃣熱水器水溫不穩定，明明溫度調好了，突然洗頭洗了一半，有時候溫度突然發燙，有時候就變成凍冰冰的水，真的是想發脾氣！只是因為語言不通所以才算了！ 4️⃣空調噪音也大，而且放毛巾的地方和洗澡室是分開的，所以洗完澡拿毛巾非常不方便！ 5️⃣唯一只有稍微好是比較近地鐵，但是也要大概10分鐘左右！

不错的住宿体验

位置不错，离码头和BTS都很近，又不像那些在码头边上的特别吵。半夜到的，仍然有值班人员，态度很好。旁边有7-11，早饭不错。酒店小巧但是装修很精致，卫生干净。唯一就是空调机在窗外有点吵。

出乎意料之外的選擇

這次純以獵奇心態嘗試入住，除了酒店不太顯眼外，大概找不到這間酒店挑剔的地方，一開始ＣＨＥＣＫ　ＩＮ，職員以奉上ＷＥＬＣＯＭＥ　ＤＲＩＮＫ及旅遊指南，然後再親身帶你入房，特別、懷舊的設計，讓你有如置身６—７０年代的舊式監獄。雖說監獄，但設施卻如一間４星飯店差不多，本酒店雖然與ＢＴＳ有十分鐘左右路程距離，但一路上都是小食檔，所以根本不愁食的問題。

這是我第二次入住這間旅店！店內服務人員一樣很熱情並且提供必要協助！旅店離ＢＴＳ站走路約１０分鐘，推薦大家使用ＧＲＡＢ預約計程車，非常方便且便宜！旅店離ASIATIQUE很近，走路也能到達！這次住的是雙人房，入住三天。原先第三天預計要到PATTAYA，但臨時取消再多訂一天，前兩天原本是訂購雅房，第三天才是套房，服務人員三天都幫我安排套房^^ 非常感謝！不過旅店熱水一樣不穩，時冷時熱，十二月份晚上已有涼意，希望熱水部分能改善！雙人房空間足夠，但房間貼了些照片（老照片）感覺有些詭異～（也許是我自己想太多ＸＤＤＤ）一樣給這間旅店五分！大家來曼谷一定要來住這間便宜又溫馨的旅店！

出乎意料的精緻旅舍

因在曼谷的行程滿在旅館時間不長，故選了這間便宜的旅舍，然整體設計非常文青，工作人員非常親切且樂於服務，房內清潔打掃非常乾淨舒適，下次還會選責這裡，但雙人房對我們來說略顯小，建議想住大點可選三人房

這次一個人旅行在曼谷只待兩晚，會選擇的原因是離河濱夜市很近搭船方便，離bts走路約十分鐘內，但街區較老舊，住的房間在馬路附近有些吵，早上想睡晚一些還被清掃阿姨很大聲的掃地聲吵醒，隔音不是太好，而且掃個地撞來撞去.....員工不像在清邁住得這麼親切，但也算和善，買的房間沒附早餐但隔壁是小七，樓下攤子也不少，不過在附近買的泰奶讓我拉肚子ＸＤ.....有天晚上在超市買太多懶得走在BTS搭摩托計程車到旅館20B......房間算舒適但水忽冷忽熱差點燙到，住三樓wifi網路速度似乎比我買的ＡＩＳ慢

Try to be a Khun Thai? This is the KEY!!

Due to my needs, I usually have to take either boat or bts service. This hotel really has the natural born merit on the traffic. For other reasons, I would like to recommend to first time tourists or the "regular customers" of Thailand, must be the street food beside this hotel. You could genuinely sense what Thai people enjoy and be proud of their skills on the meal. What is more, the hotel usually holds some events in accordance with their traditional customs. That is the core value for me to understand what Thai people want us not only to "visit" but "immerse" in the culture of Thailand. All staffs are very nice, and they could help you to solve lingual problems, such as calling the cab for you, introducing Bangkok, etc. The room, although the facility is very basic, you still could have great rest after touring for the whole day. In some sense, like the street food vendors, what you pay or enjoy is pretty much "Real". Unlike luxury restaurant, you may pay 90% for its decorations. However, no one could tell you which one is better, depends on your own choice.

This is like an atmosphere of the biggest china town in the World which is in Bangkok. Bangkok people live with this atmosphere and peaceful more than 150 years. Imagine, if you book a hotel by the beach, you do not hear any wave sound. It means you are not by the sea. However, if you require ear plugs for next time, we do provide. 交通位置便利，離捷運站不遠，可惜對外隔音差了一點

這次住二樓對外隔音不大好，凌晨聽的到大街上的喊叫聲,整體上還是很推薦，離sky bar 走路可到，沿路就是熱鬧的街區，還有CNN 介紹的十大美食都在附近，河濱夜市也不遠，捷運走路約5分鐘，飯店乾淨，旁邊有7-11，前面就有小吃攤，非常方便！

Happy with my stay

I've stayed repeatedly at this hotel for three days. Staff is helpful~ Rooms are clean and is as depicted in the photos. The only issue that many have mentioned is the location as it's a bit further down the main road. it takes 10 mins to BTS station.

親切的接待，員工非常樂於提供幫助，也可用合理價格叫車到廊曼機場。每天早晚就是看附近學生進進出出，很有意思的生活。簡約工業風的房間，卻在轉角小處有巧思擺飾，非常好的住宿經驗。

飯店地點很好，離BTS站約10分鐘。員工英文流利，不怕不能溝通，且總是笑臉迎人，讓我感到溫暖。附近很多小吃攤，不用擔心肚子餓！且7-11就在旁邊，非常便利！飯店也能幫忙叫taxi，價格就是按照跳錶，不會漫天開價！房間舒適乾淨，且員工每天都會幫忙折被！唯一缺點就是洗澡熱水不穩，冷冷熱熱的！

價格親民。服務很棒。

這次去泰國住了四天三夜。帕亞傑森真的很棒，每間房間的設計都不一樣，讓人住起來心情都很愉快！價格又便宜。唯一缺點就是沒有附早餐。但還好旁邊就是7-11。四樓有massage 服務。個人覺得還好。可能平常比較習慣按摩就是要痛。所有覺得他們太溫柔離BTS站（Saphan Takain站）只有10分鐘不到的路程，覺得非常方便。最棒的是去河岸夜市走路跟搭船都可以到，飯店人員說走路是半個小時啦。因為有免費交通船所有當然搭船XD 15分鐘就到了！！！真的很推薦帕亞傑森唷。有機會我會走光臨的。

可以當成曼谷的第二個家

推開Phraya Jasae大門，每一刻都能感受到經營者的用心，很棒的小小民宿。但民宿不是位於曼谷繁華的市中心地帶，比較適合曼谷老手、希望一落地就隱身在當地生活的旅人。．房間小巧乾淨，最愛房內散發歷史痕跡的木地板。．民宿服務人員超級親切、好客。．離塔可辛捷運站，漫步約5~8分鐘距離（一站公車站），前往碼頭搭船、去河濱夜市都超方便。．隔壁是女子學校，安全感不錯，白天民宿門口有各式各樣的在地小吃，旁邊也有7-11。．搭1號公車，可以貫穿河濱碼頭、民宿、塔可辛碼頭、在地百貨（Robinson?)、中國城、臥佛寺、大皇宮、文青碼頭...

飯店房間很有特色,服務人員很熱心,一直麻煩他們也不會覺得不耐煩,店內一位中年大哥(不知道是不是老闆)很熱心的幫忙我們叫計程車,也不加收費用,對泰國的信任又更加多了監獄房型很特別,很推薦大家可以來住住看~很特別

Low price but high standard hotel

Nice price, well-designed public space, friendly staff!! The only one thing to be improved is the hot water in shower room. However, I would still choose to stay here next time!

one of the best warmest hotel in bangkok

This is a perfect hotel for anyone except the location. The hotel design is very creative, no matter hotel lobby, spa place, room, reception area. Especially for couples to spend their relaxing gateway for weekends or short holiday. The staff are very nice and help. They can arrange taxi to airport for you. They do sell some cheaper tickets to some attractions. Only bad thing is need to walk around 10 minutes to nearest BTS Saphan Taksin. You can take a tuk tuk or taxi to there which costs less than 50 Baht. But it is worth to walk because you are on vacation to experience the local life. There is few very local noodles shops nearby the hotel and 7-11. So definitely no worries that you want to have a bite at late late night. Therefore, The House of Phraya Jasaen will be your perfect and resonable choice for accomodation in Bangkok.

不錯,性價比高,新

近BTS, 行5-7分鐘,樓下係7-11,路口行前幾步有雞飯開通宵(出名),遠D戈間較好食。好有設計感,房間不太大,床不會太軟,但比較短,剛好我倆都不高,所以還好,浴室寬敞,整潔,但熱水不太穩定,不是太熱就是凍,但很多小酒店都有此問題,整體感覺很好,就是隔音差一點。有附上睡衣,很特別,咖啡也好喝
