The place is perfect for a next day early flight. The free airport shuttle is a plus. The hotel is clean and comfortable and offers a lot of extras, such as slippers, free snacks, and free toiletries.

Great hotel! We only stayed for one night to fly out of Bangkok, but we were surprised at how cute this hotel was for the price. Very clean more amenities than other places. I stayed in Bangkok and great staff. They also have a hotel shuttle!

Really good service at the property and regarding transportation to the airport. We were surprised to see this nice authentic residential neighborhood. 7-Eleven is only at a 5 minutes walk, very convenient. We had time to go for a nice Thai dinner nearby (10 minutes walk). Would return there next time

I like to stay here when transiting through Bangkok by air. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Shuttle is very convenient and reliable. Rooms are comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and will again in the future. The staff are excellent and friendly. The shuttle service has always been without an issue. The rooms are comfortable with free snacks and coffee/bottled water.

Efficient, kind, close to airport
We stayed here overnight before returning to Canada. The staff was lovely and accommodating, answering questions about food options and promptly shuttling us to the airport early in the morning. There were complementary snacks and ample bottles of water in our room. We ate delicious pad Thai takeaway from a local street food vendor in the garden behind the hotel. They also very kindly assisted us with a package that needed to be delivered to us. We were very pleased with their service!

We were looking for a hotel that was relatively close to Suwannaphum airport for an early flight. The shuttle was right on time, the hotel is tastefully decorated, and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful and we were surprised to find an English-style tearoom tastefully decorated and well

Staffs were great, friendly and very helpful! This hotel was great with xtra free snacks, coffee, tea and 4 bottles of water provided in the room. The room was clean and well decorated. I like that the airport transfers service was included in hotel stays. I had a flight in early morning and it was easy to arrange, the driver was helpful with my luggages and only 10-15 minutes driving time from hotel to the airport. Will stay here again when I fly in or out of Bangkok.

Conveniently located nearby the Sukhumvit Airport and free airport shuttle were provided both ways. Recommended for those who need a night stay if arriving late or catching early flight. Room is nothing fanciful but definitely cleanlines is there.

I selected a stay at Lilac Relax Residence for two reasons - proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport and an airport shuttle service is offered. We had a very early AM departure from BKK, so a stay in Lat Krabang was a better option than closer to downtown Bangkok. We stayed in a family-style room with two beds. The room was reasonably clean, had comfortable beds, and a good bathroom for our short stay. We walked to a local BBQ restaurant for dinner, which was one of only a few open within walking distance the evening we stayed. I would stay at this property in the future if I had an early AM flight departing Bangkok.

Transit overnight.
Overnight stay before flying to next destination, good communication and was fantastic pick up shuttle service. Room was adequate for night, aircon worked. Jug and snacks in room available, good size shower. About a ten minute drive from airport. Would stay again if transiting. Great price.

This place is showing its age, the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The options to eat were few and the location of the hotel is different. Sadly, this place didn’t look like the pictures posted. We did find the walk over the bridge to see the temple interesting, the locals didn’t seem to know how to react to our visit. If you wanna experience really Thai living this might be a good staying point. No real tourist activities, just real world day to day stuff.

My flight arrived at 10:00 PM. I had sent the property a message to pick me up at the airport at that time. But when I got outside, I could not find their van! I also did not have their phone number to call them. PLEASE POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE, and let potential customers know they have to CALL you on the same day as arrival to book the transport.
