When we are checking in. The receptionist saying that we dont have reservations. She doesnt know how to check or where to check a guest. Manager left earlly for the day. No hi hello & welcome greetings. OMG ! The lobby is super dusty and dirty. The breakfast buffet is the same Daily. Coffee is not hot enough. Our room smell like urine & no iron/board. Horrible experience.

Overall good and decent hotel! Room was tidy and cleaned when required. Hotel had good access to a 7/11 and train station nearby so very convenient! We weren’t informed about this beforehand but there is a 500 baht deposit when you check in for the hotel card key, which they will give back to you once you check out.

We loved MetroPoint

We only stayed for one night but it was fantastic. Air con was lovely and cold, bed was huge!, it’s right next to a 7/11, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend MetroPoint hotel :)

it is more of a 1 star hotel

The bed linnens was kinda dirty. No towels in the room and toilet paper almost empty. We informed the front desk officers that basic amenities were missing. Noise from the road were prominent even if we had our room in the top of the building. It isnt a 4 star hotel maybe like a B n B, a hostel or a one star

Not like the pictures , not worth the money you spent, the girl at front desk so rude , I arrive 15 minutes before check in and just told me cannot leave bags here at corner we have. Coffee ( hotel owns it) go there and com back after 3 pm ... Really ? I was in a 13 hrs flight . Check out , the worse 11 am and people knocking at my door to get out the room , I payed 75 extra us dollars for a late check out . Not recommended stay in a better hotel like Hilton it's almost the same cost , with no rudeness . And people working and making noises since 7 am

Get what you pay for

Me and my husband are backpacking so we are on a budge but like certain comforts that we like to have. As a hotel for the money. It is what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just remember you need 500 baht in cash as a danage deposit. The rooms them self could do woth an upgrade especially the showers. And re-painting as there were marks all over alls in the room. The bedding had stained marks on them that iust need putting in the bin. Bed was ok in comfort. Am unsure if most beds are hard. It wasnt a brick but not soft. I slept okay though so it wasnt too bad

Vom Preis zu Leistung her ist Metropint super. Allerdings war das Bett zu hart für meinen Rücken weshalb ich nach der Hälfte des geplanten Monats ausgecheckt habe. Dies ist allerdings nur wegen meines Rückens passiert und liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch wird sauber geputzt und das Hotel ist gut geführt. Das Personal ist gut gekleidet, das Frühstück ordentlich und die Auswahl absolut ok Massagen und Restaurant sind in der Umgebung sehr vielfältig und wenn man keine zu Hohen Ansprüche stellt völlig ausreichend Obwohl das Hotel mal renoviert werden sollte ist das Personal fleissig und kümmert sich gut um alles. Die Uniformen sind gut gepflegt, die Schuhe sauber. Ebenfalls ist das Essen sehr gut, Preis-Leistung ist super
