This is an old 3-star.
Pool is smaller than the picture makes you believe, only 12 meter. No hotel facilities, this is more for long term rental. Rooms are large, with small bathrooms. TV has many channels, but only 5 local ones work.

I was just here to kill time during a 12 hour lay over. It was really inexpensive, and was relatively close to the airport. It's also an easy walk to the Hua Mak transit station which takes you straight to the airport. If you've on a budget and just need to kill time it works, but it's not really near any of the cool parts of town. The TV remote didn't work and the channels were limited, but they did have Wifi. The AC unit was also ok, but if it's really hot you need to open the window. Also it's kind of hidden in an alley and doesn't look like a hotel from the street. The staff is nice, but their English is extremely limited.

Satisfactory overall.
I was basically looking for a place to stay a few hours overnight and which was convenient to get to and from Suvarnabhumi airport. P Park Serviced Residences fit my needs as its quite close to HuaMak station on the Airport Link train line and the room was clean and the bed and bathroom too were clean. A couple of suggestions To Help Improve the experience would be firstly to either place the towels in the normal/usual place ie inside the bathroom or to put up a sign to say that they are in the bedroom wardrobe. The second suggestion is to provide a mosquito spray or coil etc as I found a few mozzies but nothing to kill them with. Nevertheless overall met my requirements and in future i would probably stay there again if I'm only stopping overnight.

Hotel close to Suvarnabhumi airport.
Good, clean comfortable hotel with spacious room and a swimming pool. Very handy to Hua Mak station on airport link train to Suvarnabhumi airport. Perfect for a one night stopover.

Put up a signboard please
Should put up a signboard at the entrance by the main road. I missed it couple of times because the building was hidden from view by a construction site. The man at the reception, at night when we arrived, seemed to try to ask me for payment by pointing at the room price. I couldn't understand Thai, so I was not sure, but he only let me have my key after I pointed at my printed booking confirmation (in English). I wonder if I would have gotten my key that night had I not printed my booking information (which, surprisingly, did not say clearly that I had paid). Other than that, it was a convenient location to the Metro (only 5 minute walk) and to a 24 store.

Convenient Layover Hotel
This is a simple and clean hotel a short 6 minute walk from the Hua Mak station on the Airport link city line. It is nothing special but it is a nice place to stay for the night. A short train ride into the city or to the airport makes it a convenient location and around the hotel there are a few restaurants and shops.

Very friendly staffs and great location!
The location was great, close by Hua Mak Station (Airport Rail Link) and it is a walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. What I like about this hotel is that the staffs are friendly, so I find it easy to communicate with them. I booked this hotel mainly because of its good location and I understood that we will have iron/ironing board in the room - but there isn't. I approached the reception and asked for iron/ironing board, assuming that I could use them for free, but no, I needed to use the laundry shop located next to the entrance, and it costs 15 THB for a piece of clothes. Everything else was very fine, but I was a bit disappointed that it was not according to the description.

Perfect for AirPort stay
I have been traveling to Thailand last five years, and this is one of the cleanest hotel I've been in Thailand. Location is good for airport stay.. 20 min taxi ride or sky train 10-15 min. The sky train station is 5 min walk and McDonald is just a round a corner

Very very basic hotel.
Room was very basic, did not even have a chair. Bathroom was small and only equipped with a shower head. When I checked the safety box in my room, I found a phone left in there. Think the pictures of rooms in the hotel web site are actually from other P-Park.

5 minutes walk to station to catch train to central BKK in one direction and to thailand international airport in the other direction. 20 minutes on train to central BKK. It has a coin operated laundry machine, a medium size supermarket and MacDonald's in 3 - 4 minutes walking distance. There is construction next door so ask for a room away from the noise if you plan to stay in the room during the day. Walking to station must past a rail road but safe as the congested main road also cuts across the rail road. Mattress is hard - seems to be the norm.

Good for short stopover
Best part is that it is close (800m walk) to a Airport Rail Link station to Suvarnabhumi Airport. I walked to and from the station to the hotel. There is a shortcut that is even shorter (250m walk) but I didn't see it when I arrived after dark and it would be very difficult with heavy luggage. No frills but seemed clean. Will probably stay there again if I have a quick stop in Bangkok. Not the sort of place I'd stay for anything longer.

Its a good stay if you traveling on business and especially not intending to stay in the room for long hours. Conviniently located close to 24x7 supermarket, MAcDonalds, KFC and the Hua Mak Railway Station. Dont depend on the room service and other services you seek in a hotel. Its a service apartment with limited services.

Great place to stay near BKK airport and Airlink!
We picked this hotel mostly because it is close to the Airlink Hua Mak station. We were there only 1 night and it was perfect for that! They have a pool and we had to take a dip after a long day! The room was great, nice size, stocked mini bar with reasonable pricing, very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the Airport Train. There was road construction during my stay so getting into the hotel was not always the easiest for taxis. The staff was very friendly and helpful with enough english spoken to take care of my needs. The room was sparse and the bed was rock hard, but that appears to be how the Thai people prefer them. I stayed with friends a couple nights and those beds were concrete too.

Très bien pour une nuit.
Une nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Proche aéroport. Prévoir de la marche pour vous rendre au train pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Arrêt en travaux lorsque nous y étions, donc option Taxi vu que nous étions chargés. Agréable quartier musulman aux bords des khlongs, et prochain d'un petit Good Court.
