The hotel needs renovation. The hotel needs a central air-con system as the room was terribly hot. The room was rundown with no hot water to shower. My view was of a dirty alley. Pictures are misleading. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was great!

The view from room 418 was really depressing; that of the neighbours window barely a meter away complete with messy laundry. The room itself though reasonably clean was dated and poorly soundproofed. One of the bath towels had stains on it. But the worst part of this hotel in my opinon is the service; check-in /check-out were extremely slow and they have rigid policy of not accepting deposit in other currency other than baht plus staff lacking basic good manners( saying "hah?! when not understanding what was being said instead of sorry/excuse me).

Accommodations were clean. Concierge was very helpful and friendly. As for the buffet i found that it was limited with food options. Not western friendly. The staff in the buffet were not friendly. The area is very safe and quiet.
