Hotel has charged me credit card but indeed I booked the hotel choosing to pay by cash in hotel counter.
Hotel said they will return my money in tow months
Hotel has not say any word about “sorry it is Hotel s mistake”
I show my email confirmation that I was confirmed to pay in cash already.

It's full of Indians. Very noisy! The room has some unpleasant smell but the air-conditioner is quite cool. It takes 15 mins walk to Big C and 5 mins walk to NEON market. There are many massage shops nearby. It's convenient to take a taxi to go out.

Nice hotel walk about 10 minutes to bts.
It is big enough room for my 5 family members . The staff are very nice.

hotel quality is very bad, not 4 star, only 1 star, very disappointed about Ramada brand. Bad breakfast, very bad room clean condition, very bad hotel services, swimming pool very small

Except the carpet has fleas, everything ok. Price cheap,location ok, staffs nice, room big.
房间很大,由3间標準房组成,2个房间一个客厅,2套咖啡設備。免费wifi,免费玻璃樽装水,房间尚算清洁,距CHIT-LOM BTS约15分钟步程,BTS附近有KING KONG BBQ,酒店附近有很多小吃排攤,按摩店,另外酒店后有个火车站,站外有个小菜市场买榴莲便宜。又近水门区,會再入住。
