We checked in at 10.30 pm after long day from travelling.
Staff weren’t prepared, they didn’t check on our booking details that we booked through Expedia VIP eligible room upgrade and that didn’t get offered. They gave us room in building B, which is an old building. The room was damp and the aircon wasn’t cool. We had to ask them to give us a new room and I had to mention my Gold VIP upgrade and that’s when they checked my booking details. The reception managers weren’t that friendly but still resolved the issues that we had including Expedia Perks on drinks.
We love the shuttle bus service, picking up and dropping off otherwise this wouldn’t be a good trip at all as it’s quite a distance to walk on a busy and narrow road to BTS.
The house keeper is amazing.
