The winning point of this small inn is its location that's just a stone's throw away from the bts Saladaeng station. However, during my stay I had red small spots on my arm and hand after using the inn's towels. The electric sockets on the wall needed to be upgraded to fit international hp charger. Plus no iron is available so be prepared to wear crumpled shirts.

I love the location of the hotel as I always stay at Silom area, the staffs are very friendly. The room is of decent size and clean. I think they offer breakfast but I never pay attention to it so I can't comment.

This small hotel is located in superb area. It was very quiet at night for our very good sleep quality. Staff were friendly and ready for help. Private and comfortable.

Stayed two nights, nobody clean the room at all. Breakfast is bad. Toast, egg, cereal, instant noodles. That’s all you can have. TV channels only available in local Thai channels.

Nice Hotel directly at the BTS Station
Very friendly hotel staffs and quiet place. The hotel is directly at the BTS station and make traveling very convenient.

Central to everything we wanted.
Staff were fantastic. Room was all we needed, clean and very quiet, especially seeing how close we were to a very busy area of Bangkok. Breakfast was small not like the big buffet's at larger places but had everything we needed.Close to resturants, markets, shopping, train, everything. Very happy.

Great everything except evening reception staff
Hotel condition was good, the morning from desk staff was nice but the evening staff was with some attitude and unprofessional! 1. I found out my room was not cleaned on the 2nd day when I returned to the hotel in the evening. I was asking the evening shift staff why my room was not cleaned. He impolitely told me only when I put "CLEAN THE ROOM" sign on the door they would have done so...This is definitely not the same as any hotels I ever stayed...if it's Silom One's unique rule why could the staff NOT REMIND me at the night I checked in?? 2. On the last night I called the front desk staff (same guy) to make a TAXI pick up reservation for me to the airport. He did not explain in advance but told me the SHUTTLE would cost me 800Baht after he finished reservation, which is double than a regular taxi company. He insisted it's Silom One Hotel's contract shuttle so was more expensive...I was upset why he could not clearly expressed it at the beginning.

The rooms are nice and very quiet--really good soundproofing for a city as loud as Bangkok. The staff was wonderful and helpful in person. One thing to note: I had emailed them a week before to ask if they could quote a price for laundry, and they wouldn't do it over email, and when we got there, we learned the hotel laundry service is "per piece." There was no reason they couldn't have told us over email, and then we would have done laundry before arriving. They helped us find a laundry that was great and cheap, but don't expect to be able to send out your whole bag from the front desk as you sometimes can. Also, the only thing we really didn't like was breakfast. Not sure what the standard is in Bangkok, but this was some stale corn flakes, largely, with warm milk. When I asked for a fresh pot of coffee, they ran new water back through old grounds. The hard boiled eggs were good though.

Right by the Sala Deng BTS. Hotel is newer and clean with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. For the price, the hotel is well worth it.

Great Location but not so good alley around.
great location in Silom, however since the hotel is in a small alley, that small alley is full of rats at night so its kind of scary to go into. but once you are in the hotel it is clean and modern.

Great hotel for the price, but no safe
Overall, great location, recently renovated, clean, and worth the price compared to other hotels in the area. The biggest downfall is that there is no in room safe.

perfect oasis in the craziness of Silom road
our taxi found the hotel easily, the room was large, well decorated and so centrally located. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us.

First Impression of Silom One
Silom One is conveniently located next to Sala Daeng BTS station and within walking distance to MRT station too. Front desk staff are polite and always ready to assist. Hotel is new and clean and nicely decorated. Room décor is very modern, cosy and comfortable, offers a very homely feeling. There is no lack of shopping and eateries within 1km radius. Feel the vibrant night life just across the road.

Silom One is well worth a visit.
I was very happy to stay at Silom One. The location was the purpose of my visit was great. I arrived very early- well before check in time- but was checked in by a friendly and efficient staff member. However, it was on the 5TH floor and the elevator was not working. A bit of a slog up and down each time. Never mind, the exercise was good. The hotel is very clean, staff very helpful and very proficient in English. Breakfast was basic but all I needed.The location is interesting-Thai people living their life all around but quiet and friendly. Brilliant shower. Room clean, bed comfortable and I will stay again.

weekend trip to bangkok. convenience and basic no-frills cleanliness were my priorities. this hotel provided both, and was even quiet (relatively) while only just 30m down a small soi (street) from the main Silom Road.

Small but with excellent facilities and location.
I dun fancy much from the hotel other than good location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staffs and some shops and eating places around. This hotel satisfied all my needs. Besides, the hotel basically provided most of the the basic stuffs and even the snacks is complementary. Only that they din have safe deposit in the room and the breakfast is simple with some cereals and bread. Nevertheless, it din affect me much as i was more attracted to the food stalls around the street in the morning.

Modern boutique hotel near the Sala Deang station
The hotel was a bit hard to find, located in an alley off Silom Rd, otherwise it was a good location, close to the BTS and MRT and across the street from the Patpong night market. The decor of the hotel was very modern, although the execution was a bit rough, in particular the bathroom sink leaked water on the floor and the shower drain was slow. The room itself was on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The pictures of the room was actually pretty accurate. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about. I would stay here again if I wanted to be in Silom.

Nice but hard to find
The hotel was extremely hard to find because it's down an alley beside a mall but it was comfortable and clean. Not the best choice if you are just doing an overnight between flights. Best to stay at the airport and just take the BTS into the city to see the sights.

Perfect location. Steps from the skytrain. Some of the best street food is just outside. Try Convent Rd at different times of the day to experience the best of street food. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels clean and fresh. The bathroom large and clean. The room was bigger than it appeared in the photographs. Quiet, restful sleep in one of the busiest parts of Bangkok.

Great stay in a great designed hotel
The stay was great. The hotel has a very modern design and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff services and even we wake up late almost noon time, they still wait us to serve breakfast, free mini bar item like snack and drink everyday, WIFI strong enough. Location very good as only 1 min walk to BTS saladaeng. (from BTS saladaeng, take exit 2, take left staircase then turn right and walk, the hotel locate inside one small road on the left) The hotel is also very well located in the heart of nightlife but it's locate in a quiet area, you will not feel noisy at night. For the above reasons its value for money is very good.

Excellent -- at least if you're a single traveler.
Silom One is more or less brand-new, tastefully appointed, spotless, comfortable, easily accessible to the BTS Skytrain, and in all quite a bargain in its price range. Not everyone will find it convenient, however, especially if you're traveling as a pair, because rooms are smallish, and you get only one room key. Not the best neighborhood if you're traveling with kids either -- you may not want your kids to see some of the things being sold by the night vendors -- but the area is safer than any American city. Breakfast is pretty spartan (toast, butter, jam, and the Thai equivalent of bologna; fruit; cornflakes; coffee/tea/milk/orange juice . . . and that's about it), but of course this isn't an issue if you aren't into hearty breakfasts. Bring cash, as the security deposit is paid in cash, not as a hold on a credit card. All in all I'd happily stay there again . . . if traveling by myself.
