Great room with large terrace. Clean. Hard mattress. Service more of a hostel than hotel level. Printed posters everywhere to constantly remind you of the rules. No phone in room, no continuous reception, amenities very basic for price, cleaning available only morning and early afternoon, was imposed late checkout penalty when leaving at 12:20... Staff are otherwise friendly but very rule/policy-bound without understanding how flexibility can bring longer term success.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the phone in the room. And your late checkout In truth The normal check-out is 12.00 but We got up and knocked on your door to warn you that if after 15 minutes it will break the policy rules. But you didn't open the door And we think you know the policy before you sign it Which our policy has told you before you sign to acknowledge and agree to follow our home rules. Cleaning is also the same. If you hang the cleaning sign when you go out Housekeeping will go in to clean your room. We have to apologize for the inconvenience. About this We are really sorry And thank you for your time rate us.

I generally like the location and spaciousness of the studio room. It was a bit difficult for the taxi to locate this hotel. It is close to the nearest Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT.

I ill be staying again.
The room was clean, contemporary and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. Only downfall, I had the last room up on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Nice simple breakfast, eggs, toasts, cereals, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. I will be staying again.

The property is good for the money. The staff is super friendly and location is great but their bed is hard as a rock. I have so much back pain from sleeping there. I believe they could invest on a better mattress or a good mattress top at least. Otherwise they place was good.

Silom Studios was a lovely spacious but very basic accommodation. Its a good choice for a budget traveler but leaves some things lacking for experienced travelers. The good: 1. Location: the property is very close to both BTS and MRT stations. It is also very close to Silom Complex (mall) which was my saving grace when I discovered the grocery store on the bottom level. 2. Property** : the studio was clean. This room had a spacious bathroom and oversized shower (no tub). Great strong air conditioning. 3. Friendly staff - a language barrier did exist but the desk was able to make several appointments for me to attend a show, private tour, massage. Nothing was particularly bad, but there are some areas for either improvement or to note for future guest. 1. No microwave in room. The food I brought back from the night markets, I ended up giving to the staff because I could not heat it up. This also impacted my hungry evenings as I found myself walking up to the main road to get fast food at 1 AM. 2. No toiletries, no paper towels (studio did provide hand soap, and shampoo) 3. There is a weird rule about guest. Not permitted, not even to use bathroom. I didn't even bother to have my friends pick me up for our tours and excursions- I met them in route. 4. 1000 baht deposit. Only accepted in baht (cash). No credit card, no USD cash equivalent. Thankfully I converted some money at airport. 5. Breakfast was cereal. 6. Very slippery floors. Overall, I did enjoy Bagkok.

And in the bathroom, we have to add soap, shampoo every time when cleaning As for visitors need to be registered and provide ID and if the visitor number is more that total of the room ie 2 then there is a fee to pay, as some guests then stay overnight and do not leave, this policy is for your own safety and the safety of the other guests. and a cash deposit will be refunded when you check out. Location is great, nice and peaceful, yet not to far from the tourist attractions. The staff where friendly and polite. Went out of their way to make my say memorable. Room was clean and fresh...value for money.

Clean place located near Saladaeng BTS Station
Very Clean and quiet (see further note ensued here) place within short walk (less than 5 mins) from Saladaeng BTS Station. Like the bed (hard one) which gave me a sleep-like-baby nights (not sure if it was because of those walks in the city). Breakfast included is simple. Only a few minor exceptions: Construction underway (September 2019) short distance away means there were noises from 9am onwards on weekdays. Also be mindful that there is policy of requiring outside "casual" guests to register at lobby and subject to extra charges.

It’s an apartment being converted into a 10 room studio apartment. Room was clean as It’s only in operation for about a year. Great location as It’s near BTS and MRT, provided you are familiar with the place as the location is inside a small lane

Nice studio near Saladaeng station.
Excellent accommodation and location. Very helpful owner. This is more like an airbnb and not a full service hotel. Note that there is an extra fee for overnight guests.

Liked how close it was to both of the MTR or BTS stations and everything. The only this I disliked was how it would be 40degrees in the room before getting in.we stayed on the highest floor (4) so I guess the sun would be beating down on it. Everytime we got in after a long day/night, the room would welcome us as a sauna! However after 10 mins of AC it would be fine.

- 5 minute walk to Silom and Saladaeng train station - Air conditioning is adequate - Room is spacious - Water pressure is great - WIFI is flaky but excellent - Location is AMAZING! - The owner is very friendly, nice and informative They just need to ensure to: - Talk to the neighbor regarding the foul smell outside (Septic tank smell) - Remove breakfast in the booking since there is no actual breakfast just coffee and bread - TV channels should have English channels for tourists

Person managing it was very nice always with a smile. BUT I booked this with breakfast but they said they start late instead they gave me for couple of days smal peace of cake !?! So if you want breakfast it is not provided. Building doesn’t have a lift so if you are in upper level you have to carry your bags by stairs

A nice little guest house hidden in excellent location.. Pros: location near sky train and subway, as well as shopping markets, bars, street food, and restaurants. Clean. Good room and bathroom size. Quiet little side street. Cons: hot water is only warm. Tv is local antenna lacking international choices.

A great place to stay with excellent staff
The studios are new and great design. The staff were very helpful with everything. The only thing that is missing is the English TV channels but the manager advised that they have applied for them to be installed. I will look forward to watching the English news and movie channels on my next visit. I will definately stay there again on my next trip to Bangkok.

A great hotel at the heart of Silom
Friendly hotel in a very perfect location in silom. Few mins from Sala Daeng BTS ans Silom MRT station. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The power shower is just perfect. The bed and pillow are so comfortable. Wifi is stable and fast. I highly recommend this hotel. I shall return for sure!

A good start...
A new establishment run by a super friendly couple. Not worth USD81 in my view, but a very friendly, homely atmosphere. Note that breakfast is a limited continental breakfast with toast, cereal and coffee. Would recommend putting a sign on the main road so it’s easier to find by taxi.

I didn’t mind that it was a family run business however I would have liked to know before booking that I’d had to carry my bags up to the 4th floor. No service available. No turn down service. It’s felt more like an air bnb than a hotel.

Central location, clean, comfortable hotel!
It was a little tough to find at first. But once located, it was very convenient to the trains stations and shopping malls! The rooms were clean and comfortable! Simple breakfast and friendly reception. They even added a new toggle box for the world football matches!

Worth it
Everything was perfect especially cleaning. And they kept our luggage safely while we were travelling another city even though after checkout for 3 weeks. It was worth staying in this place.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to MRT and BTS stations. Just of note there are no amenities such as pool or laundry and breakfast is basic. There are multiple laundry facilities near by and the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. Hotel was overall very clean and a great home base to explore the city.

Very Clean, Relaxing and Friendly Boutique Hotel
A modern, stylish and very clean boutique hotel. There are BTS, Metro, Silom Shopping Complex, 7-eleven, street food stores, cafe, restaurants etc, all within walking distance. Yet the hotel is tucked in a quiet and peaceful lane. No hotel stay is perfect without its wonderful staffs. Our hosts, Mr Na-Mo and, his sister, Ms Jeab, are the most sincere, caring and attentive hosts I have ever met during all my travels. They are great listeners to my requests and are sincere when asking for feedbacks. Na-Mo is a great person to have a conversation with. We exchanged stories over breakfasts at the communal table. The table is a great place to meet other travellers too. Jeab is a very friendly and loving lady. She might not speaks good English but her determination to help means she will do her best to understand my requests. She kept our room super clean and smelling refreshing with aroma oil burner which we found one after a tiring day's of sightseeing. The common areas are very clean too; I walk around the hotel bare footed all the time. It is like walking around in my own home. Jeab is also very creative with her towel folding when she surprised us one day with a pair of towel swans. I really appreciate Na-Mo's and Jeab's service excellence in making our stay such a great and memorable one. Thank you Na-Mo and Jeab! ;-)
