Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. The only negative thing is that it does not have access to Soi 4. Everything else was exceptional.

Ordered a room with a king bed, but it was just two single beds pushed together. Overall a nice place and good staff. Decent location, close enough to BTS and restaurants, but you will have to walk a bit.

The hotel is centrally located close to two BTS stations so it was easy to get around. The staff is very helpful as well. The rooms were a bit old and outdated. There were good options for breakfast and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and out going. Helpful with directions or recommendations. The rooms were spotless and spacious. I couldn't ask for a better hotel, will be staying here again on my next visit

This hotel is very centrally located and 3 blocks from Ploenchit BTS. So you can basically go anywhere in the city pretty easily. Breakfast is good and it’s a bargain.

This is a great location off on a little quiet side street. (SOI 2) 2 minute walk to Sukhumvit RD and all the shopping and night life you could ever want. It is a great hotel and very fairly priced considering the great location.

Typical American chained hotel that’s so out of touch with the city & its guests that it just doesn’t give warm welcoming vibes upon check in. “Don’t do this = fine” “No late check-out” Location isn’t great either. Given the options in the same location, you can do so much better.

Overall our stay was OK but could've been A LOT better. Firstly, when asked about a room upgrade as part of my Gold Membership, this was completely ignored over email and when arriving, I was told the hotel was full but it couldn't have been more than 40% occupied. Next, our room (201) was on the first floor facing the street so was prone to a lot of noise through the night - again not ideal especially given my Gold VIP Member expectation. Third, I received a notification saying that I would have later check out (2pm) but on the day of check out had an angry receptionist denying this and demanding we check out at 12pm - we settled on 1pm in the end. The one day we asked for the room to be made up, there were no towels delivered, this seemed to be a recurring theme as the pool ran out of towels around the same time each day. In saying that, most of the staff were super friendly, the room top pool is a nice place to hang out, the drinks selection (and pricing) was good, location is good to get into the busy nightlife and the daily breakfast was great. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotels, closer to 3-3.5 but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Great positioned hotel
Very good option for a stay at the Nana area it’s along the road from the Marriott plenty of taxis McDonald’s at train station very good staff very clean room recommend the deluxe rooftop pool is brilliant , I wish the rooftop bar was actually open till the end of the evening and I think it closes at seven and the ponies open till 10 pm

It is not a big hotel nor is it a big room, but I was traveling solo, so it was perfect for me. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The people here are really kind. They were super helpful, positive, and friendly. I would love to stay here again when I come.

It was perfect until other guests came and they were very noisy with their kids... and the duty manger "Prince" couldn't handle the situation and blame the us as guests why we didn't tell her about that before byt we did and again the same guests with their kids knocking on doors, playing and shouting . Other than this it was good
