Renovation soon
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was not good. Old TV, carpet dirty, AC leaking. But, renovations will start in May and last 6 months.

Clean basic hotel for bars
Good comfortable bed, room very basic, some rooms AC can’t be adjusted and no view of outside. Reception on 3rd floor, very discreet if you bring guest back. Right in the middle of the bars.

HOTEL NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS
ROOMS ARE OLD ABOUT 1970,S - TV IS ABOUT 30 YRS. OLD - REFRIGERATOR DOES,NT SHUT WELL AND HAS RUST ALL AROUND THE OPENING - BURN HOLES IN THE OLD CARPET - MOLD IN MOST OF THE GROUT IN THE SHOWER - COCKROACHES - ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION AND THE MASSAGE IN HOUSE IS NO GOOD DON,T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

5 Star budget hotel
Great budget hotel. Where the action is. By the BTS station. GET THE UPGRADE! The rooms in the 500 numbers are way way better than the the 400 numbers. I have stayed in both. This time I paid the extra 2 dollars a night for the room upgrade. It’s a must.

In the heart of PatPong.
Very friendly front desk person. Good air-conditioning, cable TV, hot shower, big bed. The only thing missing would be to have a small fridge in room. The location is what makes it perfect. Close to everything, including bars, clubs, a great supermarket, and a 24-hour restaurant.

Low budge hotel
Stayed there for 4 nights. Very old hotel. No facilities to be consider as a hotel. Lights are very dim. dirty bathroom. No hair dryer. No water. No kettle. Very dusty wardrobe. Overall, not satisfied at all. But low in budget or planning to just sleep at the hotel , can consider. It is right in the heart of Patpong, red light district. Near to BTS. Other than that, can give it a pass.

Cheap and Good hotel in Patpong area.
Stayed at this hotel many times because it's very convenient (near to bts), very comfortable too. My air condition was spoil and it was repaired immediately once I informed the reception. Although room could be cleaned better because there were cockroaches crawling around.

Great location and OK Hotel for an Adult.
The location is central to transportation. It is very near an adult area so bring the family somewhere else. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and functional but they sacrifice on maintenance details such as cracked tiles and some carpet stains (only in some rooms). I had no problems with bugs. The elevator only goes part way up the building so make sure you are on a lower floor is that is important to you. A "Superior Room" is only a couple more dollars a night. I had no problems with bugs so if you read that, remember, is is a standard projectile of people wanting to hurt a hotel's reputaion. But also remember it is Bangkok, it is hot & wet climate.

It's the Red Light District. What did you expect?
This is a run-down hotel in the heart of Bangkok's Red Light District. Bed was comfortable and it was private, but that is all it can boast. I felt safe and no hassles at all. This is probably one of the better options in the Red Light District. They were in the midst of upgrading air conditioning units while I was there. That will be a great improvement. If you want a true hotel experience, skip this place. If you just want a comfy bed with quick access to all of Bangkok's hedonistic options, so you can easily stumble home in your drunken stupor (with or without that night's companion), use this place.

Nice stay at the hotel. Great location and although it's an older building the AC worked and they were installing all new AC in all the rooms while I was there. The bed is comfortable so overall at the budget price it was a good visit.

Central to Patpong Party.
There were only cosmetic flaws in this hotel. Things like cracked tiles or stained carpet (some rooms don't have carpet so that wouldn't be an issue). Just age-related issues that could be easily corrected. I saw no bugs and the bed was uber comfortable. Some reviewers have mentioned low-light. That is an illusion because the decor is dark, it does not reflect from the floor. Try reading something and you will see that you can read fine. It's actually relaxing because the rest of Thailand is so bright during the day. Not a place for children so not a hotel to bring the kids. The hotel is fine for that but the location is a party district. It was fine for me.

Air con was awful. Sink pipe was broken so bathroom had water everywhere. Staff we're unhelpful. AVOID

The manager, receptionist are nice and polite . Location of hotel is handy for everything, price is good = old decor , I would not care, just for sleep, (some little insects in the room). I booked a double/king bed (I was told, they are all taken) , I was given a 2 single beds room (7 nights), a bite unhappy. The room is next to the laundry room very noisy, especially at night. I Have a good time in Bangkok, leave other things behind.......be happy in general

Money stollen twice from us.
Twice we had money stollen out of our room. After the first time we kept our money with us but I had about 35 dollars of Vietnamese money in a pocket in my back pack. Just before checking out we left the room to eat breakfast. Upon returning I saw the vietnamese money was missing. I hate thieves.

Rest up and get back out there
I had a nice time here due to the very friendly staff. The hotel is good value for the price in that area - a place to rest your head in between enjoying the nightlife. Don't expect a gem expect what u pay for.

Great hotel, the room was considerably big for its price. However, there are literally strip clubs on the left and right of the hotel and a topless pool bar opposite. Basically it is in the middle of a red light district. The carpeted floors are quite filthy, cupboard and fridge are old, i saw a small cockroach in my room. You can also hear the thermostat click when using the shower and its quite scary if you're alone. The aircon is noisy af and would really freak me out if I were alone.

Horrible Stay
The rooms are stinky and old. My TV did not work. They put me on 5th floor which is accessible by stairs from 4th floor. There was an old refrigerator in the room leaking water into the carpet so the floor was also soggy. The building is falling a part. The pictures that are posted are not reality. I wish I could upload the pictures I took. Shame on Hotels.com for even featuring a hotel like this. I thought you had higher standards.

Bad room for vacation
The hotel was at doorstep of Patpong night district - not family-friendly. The hotel looked old but not run-down condition. The room given to us was old but simple and clean in general. The mattress was overused which lost its springy texture. The Air-con unit was standing type and not able to cool down the room. We have to stand near to the unit to get traces of warm-cool air. The mini-fridge was broken with interior covered with stains and I could spot a dead bug in it. The water-heater and walls were covered with stain marks of rust and molds. The room lacked safety deposit box. The rooms in this hotel were all locked by manual keys - which I thought was not safe given its close proximity to the busy crowd below at night. Overall friend and my experience with this hotel is bad. Indeed we left the hotel on the same day and checked into a more comfy hotel nearby.

Cheap Hotel in Silom area
This is my second time to stay here. The room is quite big for the price I paid. Even though the hotel itself is old, I think it is worth the money. But it is in the center of Patpong. So I do not really recommend female solo traveler. こちらのホテルに泊まるのは2回目です。値段に比べ、部屋はとても広いです。部屋自体は古めです。 歓楽街のど真ん中にあるので、耳栓は必須です。音に敏感でない方にはお勧めです。

Small hotel in an area with Topless Bars
Secluded behind an area with topless bars, the hotel is near a supermarket which makes it very convenient to get stuff. It is also walking distance to the BTS. A pity the toilet had cockroaches.

The hotel is old, air conditioning in the room is noisy, but the personnel is nice. No coffee/tea making facility in room, but this is offered free of charge in the lobby. In the heart of Bangkok's pleasure area, with lively bars, street market, etc.

Overall a good hotel but it is safe to say they are smoking friendly - room smelt strongly of smoke. Manager was very friendly and helped when my to was not working.. Decent for the price in an otherwise relatively expensive area for hotels. Location very central, great for gay scene, restaurants, close to sky rail and quick to shopping malls etc. Good wifi.
