The mail issue is the size of the room - very small for the class of hotel. The requested 2 double beds were squished together - there is no place for them to be apart. On one side there is about a foot space to get into the bed. The night stands or what pretends to be one is a small ledge off the wall - hardly any space to place anything. The safe is at floor level which is impossible for a senior citizen to use. What is ASTONISHING is there is no closet - just a few hangers over where the suitcase is to be placed. Quite disappointing.

The hotel itself was great! However, the water ferry service only starts at 10:00 am, and if you don’t know EXACTLY when you will be back to book the ferry, it is hard to get back, except by taxi. The ferry does NOT run regularly, so if you missed yours, then you are out of luck. Even if you book the ferry service, it is only about once every hour. I wish the hotel ferry service would run regularly to Sathon pier and Icon Siam. Or, if they joined with the Ramada and had a regular service, then I would have rated it 5 out of 5. However, because of the lack of access to the BTS and ferry system, it makes it hard to go to and from this location. However, other than that, beautiful hotel, great pool, and amazing breakfast!
