It's a good hotel, but too far from Bangkok City. Really inconvenient if you solo traveling or traveling with your own accommodations.

hotel is a bit run down,many tour groups come through here so expect a tour and travel type of service. breakfast is included but is just there to feed you for the next stop, dont expect much. there are many local restaurants around so i would nt eat in the hotel if igiven a choixce.

This location is quite from the city center and not well known with local taxi drivers. make sure to have your location written down in Thai or download an offline map of the area to show taxi drivers. The location, however, is filled with great food vendors, street food, and has a 7/11 less than 5 minutes away. During my stay the onsen pool was under maintenance and the gym plus sky bar was never open.

Hotel staff are always friendly and very helpful and the hotel is always clean , the restaurant is only open during the day because the cook goes home if the restaurant stayed open or reopened in the evenings to at least 9.00 that would be convenient for guests otherwise it’s a great place to stay and I stay there regularly already.

Staff didn’t check on booking that i booked for 3 person. I have to ask for more pillow and towel but she said i have to pay more for extra but it already include in booking. Even that staff already clear after check the booking i found the same problem in the morning with buffet breakfast.

If you just need a place to crash and have business in the area, I guess its ok. Its close to Rajamangala Stadium. Housekeeping staff where helpful to replace the safe when it had low batteries.

Excellent hotel near Rajamangala National Stadium
Location was a 15 minute walk to Rajamangala National Stadium which was very convenient for attending concert at stadium. Do use an umbrella while walking as the sun was scorching hot. The hotel check in was very friendly and understanding as she gave me a special early check-in before noon as I had to go to the stadium asap to collect the concert ticket. There were eateries and 7-11 along the way to the stadium and the hotel was a 15 - 25 min drive to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The mini room is just way too small. You have to climb over the bed to get into it. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. The lights beside the bed didn't work. Not a great experience.

Hotels.com listing is different from reality
When I got there they couldn’t find my reservation. When I booked my reservation it said they spoke English, they didn’t. Took two hours til they found it and didn’t tell us how they found it. We go to the room the bathroom door had a missing slide door so no door for the bathroom. The ac work really good. Went to see the pool. It has never been cleaned looked like swamp water. The bar advertised is not in the the hotel and we didn’t even know we could at a the breakfast buffet. The staff never really talked to us to get us a taxi or tell us where to go and when we would try to communicate it was hard so we ended up in weird places. The last day one stag member spoke some English and she came up to us to suggest things but we were checking out already. Side note if you don’t remind them about your cash deposit that you have to leave (no card) they will keep it.

Location is perfect. Room was so little that you can’t roll your luggage in or open any of your stuff. No counters, nothing to put your purse on. Conditioners flow straight at you. That green light blows your mind all night long. Since I was there for two nights I had to ask for room update if they can. And they did. $15 update put me to better room but still headache from first night didn’t go away. Nothing I can say about location. It’s very convenient to everything. If I will stay here again I will definitely get a biggest room available.

Location was nice. The room was as shown on picture. The hotel and room were clean. The rooftop pool was really nice with lights (open till 11pm). There are no restaurants or bar on the roof, there are tables and chairs where you can bring your Own alcohol, food and hang out. The gym has nice equipment. I found the staff to be kind of rude and the hotels restaurant was always closed after breakfast. We would have ordered room service or ate there but it was closed the time we were there. We were told at check in that breakfast was included but when we went the next morning, we were called by the front desk while making our plates, they told us breakfast isn’t included for us. I explained how the girl told us it was during check in. Instead of telling us the price for the breakfast, they just stood there awkwardly. We would have paid but we found them rude so we went back to our room. Our mini bar was also empty, there was a paper with a mini bar menu but our fridge was empty. Other than that the hotel was clean.

After a ten hour flight we arrived at the hotel at 7am. To our surprise, the woman at from desk advised that the room will not be ready until 2pm, meaning in 7 hours time! Having already purchased an early check in we were surprised, we advised the lady of this at check in however due to the language barrier, this could not be communicated. Ten minutes later the lady returns and advises that our room is ready, however in order to check in now we would need to pay a further 500 bhat. We paid very reluctantly (we were exhausted from travelling and just wanted a bed). Room was ok, we had the superior room. Could be cleaned better. The restaurant was NEVER open and there are hardly any restaurants around the hotel so this is something to keep in mind. I wouldn’t not stay here again as it’s just not a nice hotel.

An extremely good hotel
Except that the address given on the website is wrong, I loved everything about this hotel. Nice lobby, welcome drink and popcorn, kind staff. There's a room for practicing rock-climbing. My superior room had a huge floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall window, with a fantastic view of the city. It was very spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The restaurant serves good food at very reasonable prices. The rooftop has a huge terrace with a small pool (too small for swimming but nice and refreshing), and a small gym. Decent buffet breakfast. As to the wrong address, the information on hotels.com is 51 Hua Mak Road, but actually it's no. 21. Based on the wrong address, the unaware taxi could either drop you at nearly 1KM from the actual hotel, unless he calls the hotel to find out exactly where it is. So it's better to have an exact Google map ready and tell the driver where to go at the beginning of the trip.

Disappointed, not clean, not helpful.
The check in was fine, the room not clean enough, found black ants on bed, found bugs on the ceiling and found small cockroach at the breakfast area close to the coffee machine. We had accidently double booking before checking in. It' s our fault anyway. However, We already been charged for canceling fee from the hotel for one night which is fine. However, we kept another booking for two nights. The day of checking out, I had to go for business and asked for holding two suitcase till 4pm which was ok for them. After that I had to go to the airport, I asked for changing clothes and quick shower at the fitness area and I offered to pay for shower. The receptionist wanted to charge a whole day rate. I asked to talk to the manager, she denied and seem not want to help. She did not show the sense of service or willing to help the customers at this point. Disappointed!

Great Room for price
I enjoyed this hotel in Bangkok. The room and bathroom is very clean and I like the design of the room. The room was very small but good for a solo traveller. It is perfect for a nights sleep. The curtains turn the room completely dark and you won't wake up from the bright sun. The 7/11 next to the hotel is also very nice. It is open 24 hours and it offers everything you need and think you need.

It was quite hard to find the hotel by our tuk-tuk driver at first but we manage it at the end. We are warmly welcome by the hotel staff and they served drinks for us. I'm glad they make the room without being asked. I recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Bangkok.
