With kids above running around the room ceiling vibrates; overall condition equal to a holiday inn express but more expensive. Though within the building is The upscale Timber Restaurant (tasty selected foods as well as good vines and draft beers with well-coming staff and service) the hotel breakfast in selection and taste is subpar, in fact disappointing (or: “pack your knives and go”)

The water is cloudy. It’s been this way for at least the last 6 months. There are homeless everywhere on the streets surrounding the area. The breakfast is below average at best and the only option is the attached restaurant which is overpriced and again, below average quality.

Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle pickup. Young lady at front desk unhelpful and dismissive. Unable to schedule shuttle back to airport on Sunday despite this being advertised as one of the hotel amenities. Allegedly coordinated with Fairfield in for a pick up for me. This shuttle never showed and ended up using Uber to get back to the airport. Should have selected a different hotel

I liked the size of the room and continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel was located across the street from a concert venue I was attending which made it very convenient. The hot tub was not operational and parking was sparse when I arrived Friday night, but the restaurant downstairs seemed to be very popular and the reason for this. I had no troubles finding a spot to park on Saturday.

Very clean, quite at night. I was a little warm and couldn't get the room temperature to my liking, but I slept well and coffee was really good from the breakfast
