Hi Kody, Thank you for the review. However, as previously informed by the host and manager when you check in, the jacuzzi does not work well for the hot water. And you said it was okay. What we don't understand is why you look like finding fault with hosts that have nothing to do with your stay at the villa. An example is that you deliberately take a photo of the cable behind the TV which doesn't disturb guests at all and it's also safe. Second, you took a photo of our laundry machine, which was fine. During your stay, you didn't inform all the issues at all like what you informed me when you decided to check out early. Suddenly you say you will check out and ask for a refund while the manager doesn't know what problem you are facing at the villa. Like you say you have contacted VRBO and it seems that it is not true because as a host we have not received any reports regarding refunds to you. So here we make a firm decision not to provide refunds for issues that are not informed. In the end, we think you are deliberately looking to find fault and ask for your money back because you will go elsewhere. Not a nice attitude as a guest!
