“The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. The individual room HVAC worked well and there was also a ceiling fan over the bed. Although breakfast was not……

Bathroom was understandably small due to presence of washing machine, which was much needed during our stay. Bed was comfortable. Views of the old town from the apartment were flabbergasting. “On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. “Fabulous property. Perfect location in old town, the owners communicated the location and access well and were happy to store our luggage as we had an early arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent, and the balcony was a treat, including the neighbours music practice. Enjoyed a great nights sleep after exploring the Old Town. Would definitely recommend.”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”
