"Very satisfied "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. I had an EV rental vehicle and needed to know where I could charge it. I was informed there was one right across the street. That was a huge relief since it was not only my first visit to the area, it was also my first EV rental car. This eased my mind and allowed me to concentrate on my business trip responsibilities. The hotel was very clean. They offer a basic breakfast buffet that I was not able to take advantage of until the morning I checked out. I enjoyed that too. "

"This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. Can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're visiting someone in Peoria or Sun City. It costs a fortune to stay within their city limits."

"Great and friendly staff. Parking is plenty and Air conditioning varies by room. Some rooms have 2 or 3 channels on the TV and some have 42. "

"My stay at Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham was disappointing. The hotel feels very impersonal, and the overall concept is confusing—almost “Carvana-like,” which didn’t feel welcoming. There was barely someone at the front desk during check-in, and with no lobby area, it felt cold and uninviting. The cleanliness was also lacking: the elevator was dirty, the hallways needed carpet cleaning, and the shower curtain in our room appeared unsanitary. Small touches, like a complimentary jug of water for guests, which most hotels provide, were missing. Overall, it was just an overnight stop, but I couldn’t wait to check out and leave."
