We enjoyed the condo but Vacasa was not helpful when it came to a couple of issues. The key was left in the door by the cleaning crew because we arrived when she was still there. So we didn't know it until the next day, and had trouble finding the key to the place or the lock box! I reported/requested help with TV issues on Tuesday, and by Sunday, there was still no response. VRBO typically helps us communicate directly with the host/owner. But Vacasa is a robotic third party that manages these mountain properties.
