Ace of Diamonds is a custom, upscale mountain-modern house with expansive long-range mountain views, situated atop Seven Devils at over 4000 feet in elevation. There are four (4) bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps three (3) and four (4) full upscale, updated bathrooms.
With a large, level front yard, a level driveway, and an attached garage, which offers an electric vehicle charger, Ace of Diamonds provides easy access and ample parking for up to four (4) vehicles.
The front door welcomes guests into an open floorplan with the kitchen, dining area, and great room. Guests immediately experience the custom craftsmanship. A live-edge wood stairway and balustrade, wood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a huge stone fireplace are just a few custom features. These take a back seat to the expansive wall of windows and glass doors leading to the open-air deck, framing the spectacular long-range, layered mountain top views and flooding the great room with sunlight.
The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances and is well-equipped to prepare and serve meals to a packed house. There are multiple options for making coffee, with Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, and standard coffee pots available. The adjacent dining area offers a banquet-style table that seats eight (8) guests, plus the kitchen island with two (2) more barstool seats, allowing up to ten (10) guests to dine together inside.
Separated by the custom-crafted open stairway, the great room boasts a large HD Smart TV above a stone wood-burning fireplace, comfy living room furniture, and those long-range mountain views.
Three of the bedrooms are on the main level. The master suite is on one side of the house and features a generous master bedroom with a King bed, HD Smart TV, and glass doors leading to the main level deck. The private ensuite master bathroom is a masterpiece, flooded with natural light, featuring a vanity with granite countertop and his-&-her sinks, a walk-in closet, a private water closet, and a large central shower with tile and frameless glass. On the other side of the main level are two more King bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. One of the two King bedrooms has an HD Smart TV, glass doors leading out to the rear deck, a direct entrance into a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker from which you can play your favorite tunes. This bathroom is also accessible from the main hallway and can serve as the powder room. The second King bedroom has an HD Smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a custom tile shower.
The stairs down to the lower level end in the middle of ample open space for relaxing and entertaining. On one side, you will find an 8-foot slate pool table, a ping pong table, an electronic dart game, and sliding glass doors to the lower patio and the backyard. On the other side of the central stairway, you will find comfy furniture situated around a large HD Smart TV. The owners provided many family-friendly games and activities for guests to enjoy.
Another bedroom on the lower level has a King bed and an HD Smart TV. It is adjacent to another custom, upscale full bathroom. There is a laundry room on the lower level with a washer and dryer and two roll-out Twin beds that can be set up and used as guests prefer. The attached two-car garage is accessed from the lower level and boasts a newer electric vehicle charger.
The rear deck on the main level features live-edge railing pickets and offers outdoor seating and dining options and a gas grill. The lower rear patio features a hot tub and a picnic table and is level with the backyard, which offers a wood-burning fire pit. A covered front porch provides another spot to relax and enjoy mountain breezes and looks out at the level front yard.

The recently replaced central HVAC removes up to 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, allergens, and odors from the air, including COVID-19.
