Welcome to The Summit, your ultimate mountain escape perched on top Beech Mountain with an impressive 5090’ foot elevation.
COZY SLEEPING & LOUNGING
The Summit is a spacious end-unit, second floor, condo with beautiful natural light. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan providing a comfortable and tranquil space for rest and relaxation. Cozy up to the gas fireplace, take in the view of Grandfather Mountain, and stream your favorite shows with our high speed cable & internet.
Our open concept condo features hardwood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and is walking distance to the slopes, Fred General Store, and White Wolf Lodge. We offers 2 spacious bedroom and sleeps 6: The king in the primary bedroom has a 45" Smart TV, his and hers closets, and private deck access. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a 40” Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Lastly there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Here on the mountain you can take a mountain biking lesson from the pros, find a moment of peace in the Saturday morning yoga class, spend a day trout fishing, or spend the evenings listening to live music at 5506', a full-service bar and snacking spot offering spectacular views from the top. Don’t forget…you can do the same at Beech Mountain Brewing Company, one of the only US breweries owned and operated by a ski area.

Check out Beech Mountains summer AND winter concert series, find family fun at the Land of Oz theme park or Buckeye Recreation Center which offers over 50 acres of developed parkland, almost 10 acres of lakes, 28 miles of designated hiking and biking trails, and a state-of-the-art Recreation Center, or drive 3 miles down to Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster.
Explore nearby attractions, including Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk Winery, Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park, Mystery Hill, and much more. White water rafting and kayaking expedition leave from Banner Elk at the foot of the mountain or stroll to popular spots like Fred’s Mercantile, The Brickoven, Atlantic Ale House, the dog park, the town sled hill (Where they make snow!), and Holy Smokes.

* You have access to the entire condo via keypad entry. The code will be provided to you 4 days before check in.
* This unit is not handicapped accessible as there are steps to access the property.
* Per condo association rules: Certified Service Dogs are always welcome however, pets are only permitted for long-term renters or guests (30 days or more). Please message us directly for inquires. A non-refundable pet deposit of $100 will be charged.
