Alpine Retreat, a newly built single-level home, is ideally situated in Seven Devils, at the heart of the High Country. This prime location offers easy access to Banner Elk and Boone, where guests can embark on their favorite mountain adventures. The popular Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining is three miles away, promising fun for the whole family. The scenic Otter Falls Trail, a five-minute drive, offers breathtaking views and a waterfall. The Seven Devils Town Park, with its basketball, tennis, pickleball, and playground, is a short distance away. A fifteen-minute drive will take you to Banner Elk, where you can explore local shopping, dining, and The Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Public Golf Course are also just fifteen minutes from the home. Boone and Appalachian State University, with their local shopping, dining, the Boone Golf Course, breweries, and other attractions, are an easy drive up the road.

Alpine Retreat is a thoughtfully designed mountain getaway with a spacious open floor plan. The great room has vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings framing the floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, inviting you to cozy up on the plush sofas and leather chairs. After exploring the high country or attending a wine tasting, warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where guests can gather around the table to enjoy a home-cooked meal and share stories from their mountain adventures. The kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The back deck is just off the dining room and offers an additional living area. The large outdoor dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal fresh from the grill with friends. Have your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air from the outdoor sofa. Below the house, follow the path to the custom-built fire pit and roast marshmallows for S'mores while lounging in the Adirondack chairs. The covered front porch provides more outdoor seating to read a book or enjoy the view.

Hardwood floors flow from the great room to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and double vanities. The additional king and queen bedrooms have Smart TVs and share a common hallway bathroom.

Alpine Retreat has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the perfect temperature with central heating and air conditioning. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed at this home. The house is easily accessible via a paved road and has a level gravel parking area with space for three vehicles. An exterior security camera is in place for security. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter travelers.
