This comfortably decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the summit of Sugar Mountain has amazing views and it is the place to be when you need a vacation. The condo is on the first floor with easy access. The unit features a fully furnished kitchen including washer/dryer, Private WiFi, and a TV in the living area as well as both bedrooms. King in the master and queen in second bedroom. Sleeper sofa available in living room. It is a short drive to the ski slopes, ice skating, tubing, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking. Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock are all just minutes away if you are wanting to get some shopping done or go sightseeing and there are lots of casual dining. Visit the lobby to enjoy the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and weight room.
Please be advised that there is a parking shuttle that is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals have no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this.
No smoking, No pets. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
