“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

“1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。 有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。 住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。 提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。 雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。 2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意 1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款 2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫 3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買 4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用 5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶 3.建議 如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。 ”

“Vi bodde vid sjön. Magiskt utsikt, bra pool. Bra område. Nära supermarket tvärsöver gatan. Dock inte möjligt att gå till stan, lite synd. Och svårt att gå i havet från stegen. Inget för "äldre". ”

“The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.”

“I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. Some other reviews have mentioned it being noisy outside but……

“Eine ideale Örtlichkeit zum Entspannen, charmant und ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter stehen einem bei allen Fragen zur Seite.Wenn man schlank ist hat man kein Probleme sich in der Duschkabine zu erfrischen. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Stresa in nur ca. einer 1/2 Stunde ”

“It is really not convenient to carry luggage to the building because there are many stairs down to the building. Therefore, if you are not young and strong, it’s better not to consider staying here. ”

“Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tag am Orta-See.Der Check in mit Ilaria hat problemlos geklappt und sie spricht sehr gut deutsch.Es fehlt einem an nichts im Haus. Auch der Pool ist wunderbar. Hier könnte man die Leiter in den Pool erneuern bzw. verlängern.Die Dusche im kleinen, älteren Bad ist recht eng.Leider ist die Straße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbei führt recht laut. Tagsüber und bis spät abends ist hier sehr viel Verkehr, was manchmal doch störend sein kann. Steht so auch nicht in der……
