Good find for families

Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Very decent food. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great.

excellent location for winter sports; walking distance to lift. Breakfast was fare as well as the service overall. The 2nd bed was too bad and there were some issues with the hot water during the afternoon / night. WiFi speed was very poor. I had to use my roaming data most of the times. This can be partially explained due to peak season.

Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was very basic so not very comfy though. Pool was small but sauna and massages were great

Great value for money and excellent location!

Apart Dream Hotel is basic but fantastic value for money being clean and brilliantly located for exploring Bansko and skiing just 5 -7 mins from the Gondola. If we were returning to Bankso, would definitely book again!

К сожалению отель разочаровал! Общее состояние неухоженность, я бы сказала отель без души. Персонал отеля не отзывчивый, на любые вопросы отвечают с неохотой. Номера уставшие. Бассейн маленький, очень пахнет хлоркой, сауна почему-то часто еле тёплая. Лыжехранилище холодное, где-то в гараже, сушки для ботинок нет. Пришлось оставлять снаряжение в прокате. До подъемников далековато, мин 10. В полном снаряжении топать по переулкам, между отелями тяжело. Соотношение цена-качество неоправданно!!! Ещё раз я бы суда не вернулась! Сам курорт понравился!
