Très bon emplacement. Très belle vue de la terrasse mais logement qui manque cruellement de moder...

Qualité du logement à revoir: très mauvaise literie, rien de moderne. Pas de lave-vaisselle, ni mitigeur. Cela manque de confort. Les ventilateurs auraient besoin d’être changés, trop bruyants. L’installation de la Clim serait vraiment un + . Manque un grand frigidaire. Manque un transat. Manque une plancha. Pas de wifi. L’emplacement est top, la terrasse est parfaite avec une vue superbe. Si cette location était rénovée et avec un peu plus de confort, ce serait parfait.

Il faut préciser que l'appartement est au 3ème étage et si l'on veut se rendre au centre ville à pied il faut prendre encore plusieurs escaliers.

Belle vue pou cet Appartement

très trés belle vue , au calme . il ne manque rien dans cet appartement mais une rénovation des salles d'eau s'impose. Appartement fonctionnel avec ses 3 salles d'eau. Beaucoup trop de vaisselle inutile et d'objet de déco des années 1970 inutile. emplacement tres bien .
