“The hotel is fantastic and huge! I stayed on the 9th floor and the view is incredible!! I could see the farm, the volcano and the town. The staff are nice and friendly. I felt like I was treated exclusively. I love every corner of this hotel. It worths every penny, every second.”

“The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in.
The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at.
The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay.”

“Clean. Good A/C. Breakfast had lots of options and changed everyday. Staff was nice. Pool is large. only complaint is food and drinks are very over-priced. and could hear the Masjid blasting their speakers from inside our room as early as 3:45AM”

“Our family villa was far from clean, it rather looked like it was left for deconstruction. Bathrooms had a really bad smell like they had not been cleaned. Also many spots on the wall and places in the house where you thought that no real had happened.
Although hotel staff and the hotel restaurant were nice, the stay was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness.”
