The house and grounds are STUNNING! We loved our stay and would go back. The weather wasn’t great when we went but we still utilised the pool and hot tub when possible. "We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is beautiful, as well as the garden and the swimming pool. Andrea and Francesca are excellent hosts and amazing cooks. We have had the best dinners, no restaurants needed! We really recommend staying at Villa Carda for a fantastic holiday!"

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Its a nice place but it is on top of a hill with a really small road to it...almost no place to pass another car. When we arrived the host thought we would arrive the day after, so we had to wait for another hour for the key. The house was fine, big enough, nice bedrooms and living room and kitchen is fine. The pool is great! The winery is super and really tastefull! We had a nice vacation."

The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend"
