"Laundry set up was good but busy! Breakfast has a nice Asian and Western spread with lots of vegetable dishes. Though quite busy at times (with long line ups due to early tour excursion starts), the staff was very courteous and efficient! Thumbs up!"

"I've stayed in this hotel more than once and would return again. The staff are very helpful. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. I like the lounge area downstairs and there are plenty of affordable restaurants and a bakery nearby. The metro is very close."

"Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom with an excellent shower and good pressure. The pool was amazing though we didn’t use it just had a peek. This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing."
