“Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff.

“The hotel itself was beautiful, everything spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing - so professional and helpful, and friendly. Possibly the nicest staff I’ve met in a hotel. “Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in……

We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square.
