Incredibly clean and quiet dog friendly stay for Acadia NP. We had a wonderful stay and Eric is a great host. Secluded location but convenient to the park and not too far from Bar Harbor. This was our second stay and hope to come back.

Honestly, our stay was wonderful! Eric is super communicative and always just a text message away. The studio itself was very clean and worked perfect! The only reason for the 4 star rating was that with the studio being on the lower level there is the constant sound of walking from above. Unfortunately for us our upstairs neighbor seemed to have kids that were running and jumping around at 5:30 every morning. It’s just something to be mindful of during your booking

This was a really great accommodation. The studio was much bigger than expected, and Eric had thought of everything one could need for a stay. Surrounded by nature and trees, and not far from Acadia National Park. Communication was smooth, and Eric always responded very quickly. If we are in the area again, we would love to come back.

Beautiful, clean apartment just as described. We enjoyed the expansive kitchen, grill, deck, and the peace and quiet of the surroundings. On site washer and dryer were an extra convenience.

The owner was very thorough with all his communication. The studio was perfect for our stay in Acadia. Very clean and practically new. Waking distance to the flying mountain trail which was a great benefit of not having to find a spot to park. Iykyk.

Our stay in the Acadia quiet side studio was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the check-in and entry process was very smooth. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning to visit Acadia.

Excellent quiet location. Host is great communicator and responsive. Saw 6 deer in the back yard our last day. Amenities were well stocked and good quality appliances. Very clean. Excellent water and shower. Would recommend highly. Less than a mile to grocery store and the best restaurant on the island- Beal’s. Only issues were that room is a single atudio and there are a lot of lights on at night 7 to be exact - 3 clocks (microwave, stove, and alarm clock, the router, the wifi, the bathroom nightlight and the AC. Had to cover them to get it to be dark.

Cozy cottage

Very clean and in a convenient location. Quiet, wooded setting. We were very comfortable there. Eric is an excellent host, and we appreciated his suggestions about hikes, restaurants, and local attractions. There is no cable, so the only TV shows available are on Netflix and Amazon Prime, so bring your passwords.

Great apartment right in the heart of Mount Desert Island / incredibly close to multiple Acadia Park entrances! We absolutely loved staying here and Eric was a great host and incredibly easy to communicate with. Check-in was seamless, the space was exactly as described, and we can't way to return!

First off, Eric our host was great! As a VRBO host myself I’ve learned some great ideas! Second, the location worked perfectly. At first it seemed isolated but it was refreshingly quiet and cozy. We were just minutes away to a Ferry that was important to us meeting up with family. Grocery was near by, SW Harbor for restaurants and shopping. I also recommend NE Harbor and the Nor’easter for fresh seafood at reasonable prices. The also hiked in Acadia just a short walk away which was a fabulous plus! Thirdly, the property and unit were immaculate! We took advantage of the grill and cornhole on our last evening and it was super fun! Definitely will return!!
