I contacted Ana and said it’s 1 pm and we still trying to eat, he did agree to pack us 10 lunches to make up for missed breakfast . Ana didn’t fix any issues, we couldn’t cancel the next night on Expedia we asked Ana listen we deserve a refund at least for one night of the 4 rooms we reserved. “El lugar tiene unas vistas increíbles, es justamente la experiencia que ofrecen; un espacio para desconectarse y descansar, es extremadamente tranquilo, proporcionado ese espacio para volver a lo que es esencial. Bajo ese mismo esquema las habitaciones no tienen TV, tampoco aire acondicionado pero son bastantes frescas y cuentan con 1 o más ventiladores/abanicos. El personal es atento, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y la comida es buena con un auténtico sabor sureño.”
