「Excellent property, staff are really nice and friendly. The front entrance is underwhelming though. Near the baganbari it stinks of stagnant water. That needs to be cleaned. 」

「There is only 10 mins by taxi from CCU airport to the hotel, and the city center II is just in the same building. It's very convenient to me to have one night in the hotel for transfer. The breakfast is good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's far from Kolkata city though, in general it takes 1 hour to Victoria Memorial by taxi.」

「The Hotel is nixe and built in modern Art deco inspired style. It is not a huge hotel like other flagship Taj properties but that what makes it better if you like a quite room especially with balcony.」
