"Wir haben uns in Sanja und Zlatkos kleinem Steinhaus rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern, zugleich aber auch sehr gemütlich und traditionell. Absolut sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man eventuell brauchen könnte, einschließlich Webergrill. Garten und Pool sehr schön. Wir konnten beides leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht so nutzen, haben aber umso lieber den vorhandenen Pelletofen angefeuert. "Ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Lediglich ein Durchgangszimmer war nicht perfekt. Aber man konnte auch den Vorderausgang nutzen um zum Pool zu gelangen. Daher, alkes ok. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es gab Obst, selbst hergestelltes Olivenöl und Getränke zur Begrüßung und nochmal Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte zum Abschied. Leider gab es keinen Busfahrplan um zu wissen wann die Fahrt in die Innenstadt erfolgt. Mit Bus oder Rad ist man schnell dort. Parkgebühren sonst überall. Rovinj Ist...

"Es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, genauso wie der Vermieter selbst. Der Bungalow und die Außenanlagen waren immer sehr sauber. Die Bungalows selbst liegen alle ein bisschen auseinander so dass man die anderen Urlauber nicht groß hört. Es ist zum Lidl sowie zum Kaufland keine 10 Minuten und in die Stadt 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns so gut gefallen, das wir einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub für das nächste Jahr schon planen."

"L’accueil est chaleureux et l’appartement est très agréable, très propre et confortable. Place de parking sécurisée. À deux minutes en voiture du centre-ville et deux minutes à pied de commerces si vous voulez faire des courses pour vous faire la cuisine. La piscine n’était pas ouverte quand nous sommes passés en avril mais c’est tout à fait compréhensible en cette période. Je recommande."

"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"Alen at Villa Kanco was friendly and easy to work with. His property was beautiful and perfect for what we looked for. The rooms and home were clean ad the set up was excellent for our 8 guests. It was situated in a lovely part of Istria, Croatia which was convenient to the several places we visited. The amenities; hot tub, sauna, pool, pool table, table tennis and fuss ball equipment were in good condition and we spent many hours of our free time in friendly competition. For us, Villa Kanco was a hidden jewel for our family and many thought it would be hard to top in the future. We would gladly return. "
