"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. "We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"We received a really warm welcome and were shown around the property on the way to the room. So much character but the rooms were in excellent condition. Parking on site...but if you are on motorbikes be aware the parking is gravelled and on a hill, but we didn't really find it too much of a problem. Fabulous stay and would recommend."
