Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated, with privacy (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 11.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.7 km, bus stop "Centre de Barbâtre" 2.7 km, sandy beach 900 m. Nearby attractions: Le Gois 1.5 km, L'Epine-Marais Salants 13 km, Bois de la Chaize 15 km, L'Herbaudière (Port) 17 km, Challans 30 km, Nantes 74 km. Hiking paths: sentiers pedestres.
