「We had a fantastic stay at the Bear’s Den for Labor Day week/end 2025. The owners have done a wonderful job of making this a fantastic up north getaway in the woods. It was so peaceful and relaxing while also having all you need in terms of modern amenities. There were 7 of us plus a dog and we were all cozy and comfortable. You need to plan around the ferry for coming and going but we thought that added to the adventure and the kids loved it. Highly recommend. My parents already want to come...

「GORGEOUS home. There were 5 of us total and we had lots of room to spread out and enjoy the entire house. Unfortunately the weather was bad the week were there so we didn't get to enjoy the water and kayaks but the hot tub was wonderful as was the fireplace. 「Even though the area seemed like it was just farm land, we were less than 15 minutes from the heart of town. We could even hear the ships horns and see the smoke from their stacks as they went down the St Mary’s River while sitting on the deck. It was a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The home was nicely laid out and felt like home. I would highly recommend it!」
