Effektiv luftkonditionering. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

We had to ask the staff daily to restock our Espresso pods which they seemed reluctant to do. The location was great for attending the Tour de France. The Arena was close by for some shopping and dining options. Close to Espanya metro station so easy public transport available.

Very helpful staff. They were accommodating at holding our luggage on first day until we returned from a full day tour. It was a hot summer in Barcelona and we had the top floor. A/C struggled to really cool the room, but I'm sure that was a problem for a lot of locations during this summer. Overall, pretty quiet for a busy street. Would return again.

Amazing air conditioning during a record breaking heat wave in Spain/Europe. Staff was helpful to replace our broken mini fridge, but apart from that, there wasn’t water for guests, except for breakfast, the gym had broken equipment, no weights, towels, and again no access to water.

The location is prime and safe! The hotel it’s self is fine and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand were paper thin. I couldn’t sleep because of other people’s noise! The beds were comfortable though and the set up is good and they can keep ur bags if the room is not ready which was great! The shower was wobbly and it looked like it was one push from falling apart! Definitely not safe for younger children that could be running around! Overall i’d book it again if the price is right, bug it wouldn’t be my first choice!
