The perfect base for four friends to enjoy a dance festival. 4 bed (2 doubles, 2 singles all in their own room) and 2bath (one very small, one decently sized). Kitchen is very functional and had everything we needed for basic cooking. Really appreciated having a local host who we could ask questions of. Would stay again.

Great spot in Eixample.

Great neighborhood and nice apartment for our family of 4. Check in was great and listing was accurate. Nice layout (could have easily slept 5 as we did not even use one of the twin bedrooms).We visited during an insane heatwave and the single AC unit was limited in its ability to cool the entire space but there were some fans to help. That is only a factor if you’re visiting on days that were consistently 95.All in all, great rental and would recommend!!!

Long in the tooth

This is a well used property. Many small issues that result from a poorly maintained condo - ie. heaters not working, Towel hooks falling out of bathroom wall, bathroom sink not attached to pedestal, shelves in closest units broken, coffee pot cracked, rusty bathtub, many dings and dents in walls and baseboards. Renter beware.

Spacious appartment un convenient area

Flat was clean and modern. Nice balcony although only two chairs out there. Kitchen has plenty of crockery and pans but limited if you want to use the oven. We disliked the overpowering scent of the reed diffusers and ended up putting them outside on the balcony. I would stay here again.

Ein schönes Apartament

Apartament befindet sich in einer tollen Lage ca. 700 m von der Placa d'Espanya, im 3 Stock mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist so wie bei der Buchung beschrieben ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist in der Küche, die Betten haben gute nicht zu weiche Madratzen, sind bequem, zwei Bäder und ein Balkon der groß genug ist für 6 Personen. Die Komunikation mit den Vermittern war total unkompliziert, wir haben die Tage genosse.

Amazing location, amazing place.

There is not one flaw regarding this property! The check-in was very easy and the host was very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent and quite literally next to a metro, but is really a 15-30min to pretty much anything you’d want to see. There is two bathrooms and four bedrooms which is a bonus, all were clean and the staff at the building were very nice and sweet. A lot of utensils and stuff to help with your stay. Overall had an amazing time in Barcelona and an amazing time at this property with Interhome.

Good location and great service

We stayed in apartment from July 1st to 4th. The location is great, close to Metro, and attractions. Has supermarkets, mall, and cafes close by. The apartment had everything necessary for a short stay, airconditioning was only in the living room so have to leave all other rooms open to get them cooled which was a bit inconvenient but worked. TV has only few channels and we couldn't watch the world soccer games but went outside to a bar. One of the bathroom is tiny, and the water pressure low and if couple of people take shower it drains the hot water quickly but we worked around it. Apartment was clean. The value is great and we recommend this property.

Nice location, great place

The apartment is very nicely located and very walkable. Very clean too. The only problem was what seemed to be the primary bathroom is really small and the water temperature doesn't hold above cold for more than 2 minutes. I definitely recommend the stay here and I would do so again.
