Nice apartment, well located
The place is very well located, close to good restaurants and within a walking distance from Las Ramblas. Santiago, the person responsible for settling us in, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very nice guy, gave us very good recommendations as of where to eat and where to go. The apartment is dated, but cozy. Whenever we are back in Barcelona, this is the place to stay.

The property was in a perfect location!!! The staff was amazing and quick to answer any questions. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace was the whle reason I picked this place was no disappointment!

We booked this apartment 2 months ahead and there is always an unknown factor visiting a place the first time especially to a different country. However, there is nothing to worry about, the management respond to my message right away and they actively try to contact me right after I landed Barcelona. The host, Santiago, is very nice and explain all things I needed to know and make us feel warmth and welcoming. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and has everything we need for staying. The full size kitchen with open space to living room make it really feel like home in Barcelona. Place is clean and location is perfect for us. I would definitely book it again next time visiting here. Thank you Rocamora Apartment!

The apartment was wonderful. We stayed in the top floor, it had 2 terraces, one overlooked Passeig de Gracia. The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent. Our host, Santiago was very helpful and he let us take a late check-out which was great for us since our flight left at 6:40pm. I will definitely stay here again!!

We had a terrific stay at these apartments over the Christmas holidays. Rental manager, Santiago, was very accommodating and available if we had questions or problems. Concierge, Ramon, was there to assist us on the property. It's a great location--steps from the elevator that takes you to the metro or airport train.Also, apartment was very clean

I'm sorry to contradict you. All charges are collected on the expedia.com website and therefore on the hotels.com website. So we showed it to you upon arrival and you could see. We have never cheated anyone. In your case you arrived at 19.45 pm and no charge was made for late check in. Thank you

Great location. Great staff. We did have issues with the air conditioner a few times. They did fix quickly each time but it did stop working a few times. The internet was spotty at best. I had to find a coffee shop to work from.

Good but could use a bit of a spruce up.
The location of the apartment is amazing. The staff who work in the building and the check in contact were helpful and welcoming, especially when we arrived very early in the morning after flight delays. My main concerns is the apartment didn’t feel clean, there were hairs in the shower and so many marks on the walls. It needs a paint and a bit of a refresh. I have children and some windows open to a 6 storey drop with no screens so that was a bit of a concern but I kept an eye on the kids as any parent should and all was ok. Terrace was amazing and definitely makes the apartment worth the price. Love the kids in the school yard across from us waving and smiling to us every day.

Good location for family trip
Location is perfect, tons of restaurants around. You will find cafe for breakfast in one or two blocks away. Elevator helps a lot for moving luggages. Water pressure is good. The only thing which may not be everyone’s problem is the direction of air-con blowing straight to the bed inside the small bedroom, which I felt uncomfortable. In general, this is a very good apartment to stay and I will recommend to others.

Our family shared a 3 bedroom apartment and bathroom and everything about it was perfect. The caretaker met us and helped us get settled in. He even loaned us electricity converters. WiFi connection was good. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with basic essentials - including coffee, milk, and even soap for the washer and dryer. The apartment was spacious, clean, and convenient to the best shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to some of the notable attractions. At check out the caretaker helped us set up a taxi that could accommodate our party and stayed to be sure everything went smoothly. I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in Barcelona.

Charming apartment near shopping and Gaudi Casas
Excellent location in the center of high end shopping area, train access, and 3 Gaudi Casas. We enjoyed "people watching" overlooking our small veranda. It was a bit noisy as the bedroom is facing the main street but the double pane glass door helped buffed the sound at night and early morning. The building is old with a lift that is probably original but the apartment was upgraded with contemporary kitchen amenities and a shower. Think "IKEA". There is a $50 cleaning fee that has to be paid in cash at the check-in. We were surprised that the kitchen, laundry area, and bath needed a little more thorough cleaning specially in the corners and grout area. The floor looked dirty but we are not sure if this was stain due to age. The frying pan's teflon is scratched so we hesitated using them. The bedrooms, dining area, toilet and sink are clean - these are what mattered to us so the other issues are tolerable. One day supply of coffee/tea/bottled water is provided. Ramon, the caretaker/receptionist, provided tour of facility, explained amenities and recommended restaurants and groceries. We shared a good laugh every time we see him. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, air conditioned, laundry and spacious. I struggle with whether a hotel is just easier...made beds, garbage removal and clean towels that you get at a hotel and don’t at AirBNB. Would have been nice if outdoor space was more appealing. No real night time lighting to sit outside.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic location
An amazing stay in a beautiful space - every aspect of the property was beautiful, from the lobby, to the period elevator, right down to the apartment itself. Check-in formalities were handled promptly and respectfully by Ramon, who took the time to talk through all features of the apartment and was also extremely helpful in providing food recommendations for the local area. In itself the area cannot be faulted, with easy access to Passeig de Gracia station + also being central to a major commercial centre. All in all would definitely return if coming back to Barcelona!

Stop looking, this is your place!
The most amazing stay! Very thankful for all who played a part in our European adventure. Thank you to Teresa, Ramon& Santiago ,who gave us a whole run down of the apartment as we arrived. Santiago was already there waiting for us, so we didn’t have to wait a minute. The apartment was spotless, kitchen fully equipped, fit a large family comfortably, the view was incredible, location was perfect and Central to everything,& the A/C worked perfectly! Not one complaint. Santiago set up taxis for us and answered any questions at anytime. The superb experience left us returning again on our last day , very last minute. Teresa responded within minutes whether the apartment was available , and then had the place cleaned and Ramon waiting to unlock the door for us as soon as we arrived. When I return to Barcelona, I will now on, only stay here. Just across the street from casa Batlló, with an amazing balcony, you will not regret it!!

Spacious apartment in a great location!
Just returned home from Barcelona. My family of 4 adults stayed at the Passeig de Gracia 3 bedroom apartment with 2 baths for 4 nts. It was really spacious and had all the modern amenities such as a full kitchen and updated bathrooms. The main bedroom was large and the other 2 bedrooms were smaller but provided enough space. I really like the architecture and the old world charm of the apartment. And it was nicely decorated. Having a patio was nice. The tv had netflix and the apartment had good wifi. Location was really great. Was able to walk to many sights within 20 minutes and could easily catch a taxi or bus right outside your door. Ramon who checked us in was great. I would highly recommend the Rocamora Apartments.

Location location location! This was a perfect home base for a week of exploring beautiful Barcelona. We were able to easily stop home when needed for a clothing change or to drop off shopping and then head back out for more adventures. The full kitchen and laundry sure came in handy!

The property was centralized to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The only down fall was minimal toilet paper we had 6 people and towel service. Other than that I was a very nice place.
