You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.
The lounge features a flat-screen television, dining table with chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.
Apartments may vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same general characteristics. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a specific apartment.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.88 per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.
Please note that from 7 January to 31 January, works are being carried out on the building's facade that could affect your stay during working hours. The facade will be covered during the works, but the interior of the apartments will not be affected at all, so your comfort and peace of mind are guaranteed. The inconvenience caused by the works has already been considered in the price and no compensation will be offered.
