Perfect location for all we wanted to do for our 3 days in Barcelona! Kitchen was well equipped , coffee maker an added plus! Balcony was nice to enjoy in the AM and evenings ! Bathrooms were clean , good provisions. And beds comfortable. Hosts offices are directly next door do any questions were quickly answered and great suggestions for nearby tapas place! They have lockers to store your luggage if needed for a late departure.

Great location, apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival and very well equipped. Front desk staff were helpful, especially with parking options (including discount). Nearby stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars were all excellent.

We were very impressed with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The pictures are exactly true to the apartment. We received a check-in email prior to our stay with all the necessary directions and we were able to get in with ease. One of our traveling companions had a full day in Barcelona after check-out, and the office on the first floor was able to hold her suitcase for her. I don't know if I'll ever be in Barcelona again, but I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Barcelona apartment

The location of this property was great! Very walkable to multiple areas of the city. We were on the fifth floor with no significant elevator access so that was difficult and the breaker tripped in the middle of the night multiple times. Otherwise it probably was clean and adequate for our stay.

Lovely spot

Due to unfortunate circumstances we only ending up spending 8 hours in the apartment instead of 2 nights, arriving at 2am. At that point we appreciated the easy self-check in option. We also appreciated the air conditioning system's ability to rapidly cool the apartment so we would get to sleep. The interior bedroom was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The neighbourhood was not noisy at 2am. The only negative was the floor was dirty so when we stepped into the shower we left dirty footprints.

Barcelona first time visit

We traveled to Barcelona with our two adult children. This property was fantastic! Check in was clear and easy and the property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was in a perfect location for walking and it was so easy to hail a cab from the front door of the property. Would definitely stay again.

Barcelona baycation

2 couples few days before embarking on a cruise. Location was so convenient to public transport, restaurants, sites! Apartment had everything we needed! Well equipped, nice beds, furniture, etc. some construction going on, so a bit dusty in hallways, but overall great stay!

Deck overlooking courtyard

The deck overlooking the courtyard was lovely for our mild weather. Having two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer was critical for our group. It's nice to have the property manager on site if you have any questions.

Good location and clean

Apartment was nice. But not as nice as listed. No access to upstairs terrace. Trash instructions were in the elevator which was small and not often used by us. Only 2 keys given when there were 3 couples. We had to keep passing the keys around. Nice but sparse inside the unit. Dryer didn’t completely dry clothes no matter how many times you ran it.overall nothing was terrible, but also not outstanding.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! While not super close to major sites, cab rides to them were inexpensive. We were happy to stay in a large, spotless, modern apartment in a great neighborhood with cafes and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Location In Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay in the L'Esquerra De L'Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. (Family of four with two young adults) We have stayed in this area several times and appreciate the central location to excellent dining, shopping, museums and other points of interest. The apartment is easily reached as it is equidistant between two Metro stops - Diagonal and Hospital Clinic. We also appreciated that the neighborhood is also not too close to many of the extremely popular visitor hot spots. We got the impression that the apartment turns over a lot and could use a bit of a deep clean in the bathrooms but this was certainly a minor issue. The host was communicative and was helpful with our early arrival. The baggage needed a storage spot for several hours and Alvaro and Marcus eagerly accommodated us with a spot in the office. The host is also conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building. We would certainly consider staying in this property again.

Great stay

The location is great and in the midst of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and attractions. The management is on property and extremely accommodating. The apartment was stocked with all of the essentials. Great stay.

Horrendous construction noise all day

When we arrived at the property we immediately noised that there was construction in the apartment below and above us. The entire apartment was shaking from the vibrations and the noise was unbearable. We went back to the property office and asked for a refund so we can find an alternative place to stay. While in the office, three other guests came in to ask for a refund. The property manager was incredibly rude and said that he does not agree to a refund and we will have to stay and deal with the noise. I contacted Vrbo immediately for urgent help. They said they would get back to me and help me with rebooking. We tried to contact support for hours without help. We had to stay in the apartment and were unable to get any rest. In addition, the showers had mold. The worst experience on our entire trip.

Excellent Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room in the apartment, with comfortable beds, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Close to the subway and many different shops. It was easy to check-in and communicate with the office. I would easily recommend this place.

Family getaway

The apartment was perfect for our group of five adults. Very clean, The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two couches was a bonus to sit and hang out. Would be nice if the rooftop patio are was open later than 5:30. It was really too warm to enjoy it before then. Elevator was a bit of a squeeze so we got our workout in going up and down 7 flights of stairs. Great location, close to shops, cafes, metro and buses.

appartement agréable et fonctionnel, bien situé

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier agréable, bien placé et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Propreté, équipement, les 2 salles d'eau sont un plus (3 générations, dont 2 enfants de ~10 ans). Accueil et départ sans problème, possibilité de laisser les bagages et aller faire une dernière excursion en attendant l'heure du train.
