We arrived late after a delayed flight, which was nice for late check in and were put in the first room next to the service counter. We could hear everything but didn't mind since it was a short stay. Very small room, with a full shade and aluminum blinds. It was dark. The room was beat up from use and needed a fresh coat of paint. All of that would be find, if there was decent hospitality. I had ordered breakfast when I booked through Expedia. The breakfast staff and barista were awful, nothing like the last room we booked in Barcelona. He stood and watched anything I ate and glared at me the whole time. The food was grainy with each egg dish and my daughters yogurt had to be thrown out. He absolutely had a fit when I tried to pour my leftover water into my water bottle. Came across the room to yell at me in Spanish. To top it all off, I asked the front desk if I could have another coffee while I waited for my Uber. The nice guy behind the front desk said yes, so I proceeded. Then the barista yelled again and I told him I was allowed. Then they would not let us leave without paying 2.80 euros for the coffee. So NO FREE Coffee in the room or drip, even if you pay for breakfast. As soon as you get up, they charge you again. Horrible Staff and Service. Sad to leave our amazing 2 week trip with this experience. Run and do not book.
