Comfortable stay

The Lugaris Rambla apartment is in a good location in Poblenou district. The staff was very helpful. We changed the apartment due to heating problem in AC. The parking fee could have been more affordable than 20 Euros daily price.

Great location safe and clean a bit far from center of Barcelona however there is a Subway station about a mile away that takes you to downtown Lugaris apartment was great ladies taking care of the apartments are helpful and available thank you

Modern 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Great area. Overpriced, but it seems all of Barcelona prices are high. If you’re looking for value then visit the smaller beach towns along the coast. Barcelona and Madrid prices are out of control. This apartment was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Lugaris staff are very helpful. Not walking distance to downtown and tourist attractions but taxis are easy and fairly priced.

Lovely stay

Easy and simple check in and out too. You get a key to the maindoor to the building and by entering a link via your phone, your can enter the appartment. Fantastic location. You can get to the beach within fem minutes and a nice playground for children is close to the beach. The cafes, restaurants and supermarket are nearby, at the same street/rambla. There is plenty of life, but we enjoyed it. That's what we love about Barcelona. At night we slept undisturbed. There is a restaurant side by side with the building, so occasionally there is a smell of food in the hallway, but it was not bothersome. The coffee machine and capsules were a plus also the welcome bag with salt pepper, sugar, oil etc. and not to forget the water. There were also capsules for dishwasher and washing machine, a drying rack, iron and ironing board. We also had towels to use. We had booked an apartment for 2 adults and 3 children and it was nice with two bathrooms and a large terrace, which we really enjoyed. The apartment had the things we needed, apart from a vacuum cleaner and ventilation in the bathrooms. Bus to the center or for example Parc de la Ciutadella, is located 3 minutes on foot and the metro around 10-15 min. The apartment could use an upgrade to make it more attractive, but we liked it and will definitely come back again.

Great Location but Lacking Comfort and Convenience

We recently stayed at this property in Barcelona and had a mixed experience. Upon check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a map and clear directions to our flat, which was just a few blocks away. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the electronic key, which did not initially grant us access to the unit. After calling for assistance, the problem was resolved promptly. Once inside, we faced another hiccup connection. The provided instructions didn’t work, but again, the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided updated information. One major disappointment was the sleeping arrangements. We had expected a queen and king bed, but instead found a queen and two twin beds. While the staff offered to push the twin beds together, this didn’t seem like a reasonable solution, so we just made do. The accommodations themselves were average but benefited from an excellent location near restaurants, shops, and the beach. However, being situated above a busy street made it difficult to get restful sleep before 1 or 2 AM due to the noise. The flat also had a very small hot water tank, which limited us to one short hot shower per person. Additionally, the thermostat wasn’t adjustable, which was disappointing. Overall, while the price seemed fair for the area, the lack of modern conveniences like soundproofing, sufficient hot water, temperature control, and and accurate bedding options left us feeling the experience was just average.

This is a very nice apartment in a beautiful area of the city. We did have some issues accessing the door of the building and with the electronic lock of the apartment. The lock to the apartment eventually got resolved.

I would not recommend this place due to how unsafe and inconvenient it is. Reception is a 10 minute walk away from the building, and the entrance is difficult to enter, with keys not fully working with the locks. We were stuck outside the building at night, and no one was able to assist us. Furthermore, the staff was unhelpful when there was an intruder in the building. We tried contacting them for security but we were snubbed and told us security won’t come until 3 hours later. This led us to call the emergency line since we were told that we were on our own unprofessionally. Definitely do not book this place if safety is your priority.

We had an issue with the electronic lock, but the problem was solved very quickly by the staff. It is not a quiet building, but you are in the best place to enjoy Barcelona’s beach and main activities by walk.

What a brilliant stay at this apartment. Natalya was really helpful from the start. Make sure you book the transfer from the airport. We were ripped off by the airport taxi! The apartment was so clean, spacious and safe. There is a little noise but it all adds to the atmosphere. Plenty of food places to eat and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved staying here!!
