The apartment has a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), living-dining room with a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. It also has a 100Mb Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heat pump.
Internet connection, water and electricity supplies (maximum 80 € consumption) and two monthly cleaning services included in the price.
The building has an elevator, communal terrace and office on the ground floor. The building is located in a quiet area of the Born, without bars nearby.
The Born district offers all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as a great leisure offer. Very well-connected, metro L4 - Barceloneta and Estación de Francia just 5 minutes. Playa and Plaça Catalunya just a 15-minute walk away.
