Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Mojacar 's design combines plants with wooden furniture, influenced by the serenity of grassland. Located in Esquerra de l’Eixample, guests will find a variety of upscale tapas bars and purposeful architecture. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there's nothing better than relaxing at home.

As well as 2 bedrooms, all of which are fully furnished, Mojacar also boasts 2 bathrooms, which have been elegantly decorated. The first bedroom features a queen size bed endowed in light from the door that opens to a French balcony. It also has an ensuite bathroom for both luxury and convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. The detached bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. For all work from home needs, Mojacar has an office space complete with a dedicated workstation.

The open plan living room and kitchen area benefit from the large glass doors that make up the entire outer wall. Guests are welcome to open them up to reveal a French balcony. If it is too warm to have the windows open, Mojacar also has air conditioning available throughout the apartment.

The living room has a full entertainment system and plenty of plants to bring the space to life. The wooden table top sits under woven grass hanging lights and has a wooden cabinet with rustic pots hanging above it to help the space transition to the kitchen. The kitted out kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
