This quiet Flat is ideally Located in the heart of Poble Sec, the more excited neighborhood of Barcelona there is a lot local markets, restaurants, Malls, Apollo Teather 250 meters away, nearby the airport, seaport & next to Ramblas! The flat is just 350 meters from Metro L3 & L2 and Bus stop a Few meters away. Full speed 300 MB internet we can offer private parking with extra cost, We provide free concierge services Barcelona Maps, tips about best places to go. Full access to the Apartment

The Apartment is located in Poble Sec, one of the more exciting neighborhoods in Barcelona. It is a culturally diverse hotshot, close to nightlife, restaurants, a definite favorite amongst visitors to Barcelona. Everything you need for a private, comfortable, convenient and affordable stay (A / C Heater System, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, TV). Everything was as described. Plenty of space, tons of supplies, very clean. Juan was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. As in other reviews, not a place for you if you are a light sleeper. Noisy at night.

Clean apartment with great location

The apartment is very clean, big enough for us 4 adults to hang out. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. Short walk to the subway, many mini supermarkets near. Right next to Tapas Row and many restaurants. Communication with the agent was good. Working neighborhood gave good view of urban life but close walk to Ramblas. Nice apartment.

Great Place To Stay

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and had everything in the apartment that we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the Metro, which we used often. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops as well. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Barcelona.

The location was ideal - close to transit and lots of restaurants, with a nice grocery store right across the street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a little smaller than it appeared from the listing. It worked great for our 4-day stay, but a bit small for four adults.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Very easy to get around Barcelona from this location. Several great tapa places near by. Really appreciated the host company meeting us at the site and checkin us in. Comfortable sleep for 4 of us. Suggestion for improvement would be to service the air conditioning in the main bedroom as it rattles at times.

Barcelona stay

The apartment was very nice and had all the necessities including a few spices and dry goods for eating meals there. Given the temperature, having air conditioning was wonderful. Perfect for two couples or a family with two children, Great location in terms of many restaurants and small stores nearby. We happened to be staying there during a neighborhood festival which was fun, but meant lots of music until almost midnight. Walking distance to many of the sights.

Great location with plenty of tapas options

The communication with the host was incredible. There was a misunderstanding at the check in process but they were very accommodating for my friends and I. The apartment is in a great location with tons of tapas options in the immediate area. A few things of note, the area is loud throughout the night so if you want a quiet location. This isn't for you. The apartment is small but plenty if it's for 6 people or less. The host is amazing and extremely helpful. Parking is very limited as well.

A Neighborhood Off the Tourist Path

Though this apartment is not far from attractions, it appears to be a working residential neighborhood. A bottle of wine, baked goods, mid day meals and other essentials were cheaper than in areas near tourist centers. Lots of small bars that don"t open until later and many tapas joints around the corner seem to serve locals. We had our best meal at the tapas street, but I can't tell you the name of the restaurant It was a fixed three course meal for 12.9 E. All this being said, it is loud with people in the streets until the early morning. Bring ear plugs, lower the metal shades, and you will be OK. The apart is fine for what you need it for and accurately described. It is within a couple hundred meters of the Parelell Metro stop.

Property was as good as it was described. Joan was pleasant and very helpful. Liked the cleanliness of the apt and accessibility to Las Ramblas by walking or to the metro. The club at the end of the street can be quiet loud at night. Overall good place.

Surprise location. Very noisy at night, starting around 10PM and going until 5AM.

Essentially the location was close to where we wanted to be, but the noise during the night interfered. Possibly the holiday weekend was to blame.

the apartment was clean and a great location for walking to restaurants, las ramblas, gothic section, market, grocery, etc. the hall bathroom and 2nd bedroom is rather small. some street noise most evenings, and you have to put used toilet paper in a bag and carry to street dumpster because of plumbing in hall toilet. not fun but we managed.

Barcelona stay

This was a great stay. The property is located close to many restaurants and just a short walk to La Rambla and Metro station. We found the property clean and well furnished with appliances. The owner allowed us to check in early, which saved us having to haul our luggage around for hours. A nice touch was that the owner provided some food items for us. I would highly recommend this location for your Barcelona visit.

Basically the property was good. The location turned out to be great, very walkable. The appliances were excellent. Just a few negatives: The young man checking us in was pleasant, but did not seem to have much information about the surroundings or apartment. Outside was a lot of graffiti and the entrance was dark and dingy with a number of stairs to the second floor. The bedroom needs a door on the bathroom and the couch needs to be replaced. The music in the next door apartment was very loud at times.

Wonderful Place
