It was okay . I got lucky i used the fawlty toaster and it tripped the circuit. It was 4.30 if it had happened 30 minutes later ( no person after 5pm) i would have been powerless and in the dark . I told tte reception lady that toaster is fawlty and even after leaving i emailed on behalf of the next occupants to remove the fawlty toaster. I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply

I recently stayed stayed at this property and found it excellent value for money. The communication before hand was brilliant as I'd made a mistake filling in the online forms, this was rectified easily. I was apprehensive about the check in process being a machine outside as I was arriving around 10:30pm alone with 2 children. But it was quick and easy to check in and the machine issues your room key. The building and apartment itself was really clean.

Monserrat is the best!! Eres las mejor!!

An amazing experience and great location. The best part was dealing with the lovely lady at the front desk Monserrat. She was the friendliest person very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such a committed person as the face of the property.

Good location communication was poor as we couldn’t talk English with anyone over the phone but once at the location the reception desk was very helpful and also allowed us to drop our bags to the reception before our check in time. We were a family of 4 and the room was specious with a big cooking area.

Close to transportation, relatively affordable, large room (we got the studio), ideal for familles. It can be little bit cleaner but it was a very nice stay overall. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Around 25min to the airport by bus. Carrefour mall is 3min away walking which is very convenient for last day shopping before flying

The sound insulation is inexistent, noises all nigth from partying guest, any movement in the adjacent rooms loud heard at nigth. The matresses for the sofa bed are really bad. Two nigths and no rest at all 😕

I arrive late after regular check in and thankfully they have a kiosk for self check in. The computer screen had error issue and they had a ph number lidted for back up manual key retrieval. The place was super clean and house keeping did their cleaning the following day as well. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. We had a nice view from our window. Reception Lady Montse was super giving advice on questions and directions. Definitely will recommend. Taxi and Uber was easy and fast and close to airport, city center and Main train station.

Where do I begin? We checked in via the machine in front of the building, the passports wouldn’t scan so had to enter all the info manually which was a hassle and it took a while. Everything was fine until I tried to put on the kettle to heat up the milk for the baby. At that moment the power went out and we were left sitting in the dark in the apartment. I checked the switch board to see if I can fix the problem but nothing worked. I sent a message to the emergency number provided by the apartment but nobody replied. In my many years of travelling I have never experienced anything like this. Not to have anyone in the entire building that can assist in situations such as this one is simply outrageous. We had to fumble in the dark the entire night. We couldn’t even charge our phones because the electricity was out in the entire apartment. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement and like I said I have never had such a bad experience with accommodation in my entire life. I wrote to the reception to make a complaint about the stay and they simply ignored my email. Have not yet received a reply.

Logement bien situé mais bruyant car fenêtre de chambre défaillante. Fuite du plafond de la salle de bains signalée dés notre arrivée mais non prise en compte. Sommier soutenu avec des sangles. Porte de placard cassée et interieur détérioré donc inutilisable. Carte magnétique pour accéder à l'hôtel désactivée en plein milieu du séjour (on s'est retrouvés dehors en pleine nuit)
