Great hotel, with a central location right next to the mall, and has a ton of restaurants and cafes and playgrounds for kids around it! There’s construction in the area but luckily our room was facing the garden so we were not affected by it at all! And the mountain view and the city was just phenomenal! I’d definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located with quick access to the metro and bus connections. The beds were extra comfy! One thing to note is that there was construction in front of the building, and of course this is not an issue related to the hotel, but it would have been nice to know before booking or have the hotel offer a reduced rate with this in mind. We were on vacation and it was not the most pleasant experience to wake up to heavy drilling outside.

Me and my friend had an enjoyable stay for 6 nights in Hotel Onix Fira , though we are always out during the day for tours, every time we reach in the hotel staff are helpful, friendly, accommodating, , especially when when we needed taxi they right away book it for us, it is walkable to shops, Restaurants , there is a mall just opposite of the hotel, near to Plaza Espanya which is a plus. Shout out to Franchesco and Alicia in the front desk especially, and the rest of the staff, definitely we will stay again for the future travel in BARCELONA, thank you.

Very nice property. Clean, modern and in a fairly good location near Plaza España. I loved having a small balcony. The rate was reasonable - for Barcelona. Breakfast was reasonably priced at 14 Euros - but mediocre. Front desk was pleasant but new staff had a lot of issues with check-in and out. Not a big deal.

Booked this for Champions Rd of 16 with Benfica in mid March. Hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast option was worth the price. If traveling in by air, the train to the Placa Espanya was very easy. The mall is nice with many food options, although a little touristy. Great stay, thanks so much to the staff!!!

The property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was ok. Value for money - not in my case but I guess I booked it when the demand was high, over a thousand pound for four nights. You can get it cheaper if book early. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. That’s a big thing for me. Some of the guests in adjacent room noisy and inconsiderate! Overall it’s a good option if you can get it for less.

First and last stay

Very unprofessional staff at the front desk during the day. They were more concerned about gossiping and talking with each other instead of servicing customers. The room was good, recently renovated but the soundproofing was nonexistent. I could hear every time someone moved in another room, and the rustling that came early in the morning woke me up every morning. Overall, the whole hotel operation was a huge mess. The only positive thing was the young guy working during the night shift who was very professional and helpful.

I have been to many hotels/hostels across the world in my life, but the female receptionists at this site are the rudest I have ever experienced in my life. Room stinks of sewage most of the time & the sound from furniture being moved will wake you up (even with earplugs). Room was nice and location was good regardless.
