Offering modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi, Poble Nou Design Apartment is located in Barcelona, in the Poble Nou district, just 200 meters from Llacuna Metro Station. Bogatell Beach is a 10-minute walk away.
This charming apartment features exposed brick walls, wooden floor and traditional semi-veiled Catalan roof. It has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The living area has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

The accommodation is 400 meters from the lively Rambla de Poblenou and there are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The Sagrada Familia is 25 minutes by subway from Poble Nou Apartment and Plaza Catalunya, from which direct buses depart to Barcelona airport, is 3.5 km away.

Sant Martí is a great choice for travelers interested in the beach, monuments and city breaks.

Super Gastgeber, super Lage!

Sergio hat uns sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und uns tolle Empfehlungen in der Gegend gegeben. Auch für weitere Fragen war Sergio direkt über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Das war super. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist da, es gibt Heizungen sowie Klimaanlagen und die Einrichtung der Küche ist OK. Eine Wand im Erker hat leider etwas Schimmel, was schade ist, die Wohnung wirkt manchmal etwas feucht wenn man reinkommt, aber man kann gut und schnell mal lüften. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand finden wir super und Poblenou ist ein absolut tolles entspanntes Wohnviertel mit guten Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Lovely place

Sergio was very profesional with me. I was at his flat just for one night. His flat is very near the yellow line within just a few stations from the city center. The apartment looks very modern and was fully equipped and clean. I slept perfectly with no noise and the great matress. BTW I didn't realized when I booked but the beach is at a walking distance. I would stay at his place for sure again.

Bright, spacious and great location!

What a lovely place! Really clean, bright and spacious with everything you could want. The owner, Sergio, was great - friendly and full of useful tips about the local area (including great places to eat) and Barcelona in general. The location is perfect - I had only only night in Barcelona but the location meant I could still take a stroll along the beach. I can't recommend this place enough!

THIS is your place to stay. Close to beach, great restaurants and a charming, well-appointed space.

I cannot say enough for this host. Sergio greeted us warmly from the moment we got there and provided resources and recommendations, perfect for our stay. The apartment is spotless and filled with amenities. I am super picky about beds and showers and kitchens, and all three were up to my strict standards. We were missing some wine glasses and asked if there might be any extra pillows, he ran them over immediately. We stayed for three weeks and so trust me when I tell you we know that Poblenou is the best place to stay. Even though it is out of the city center, it is a 10 minute, one-line metro ride to everything you need. It is a ten-minute walk to a fantastic beach, and there are tons of delicious restaurants. We dined as much in Poblenou as we did all the hot spots downtown. Importantly Poblenou, I felt, was MUCH safer at night than any of the other neighborhoods you have to pick from. I really could go on and on, but the thing I don't want to leave out is that Sergio goes so far above expectations you will want for nothing. We ran into a small problem while there, and Sergio rode in on his white horse and saved the day. I am so grateful and would stay there in a second, Highly recommend!

A Secret Jewel in Poblenou

I was only a few hours in Barcelona this time, business-related travel but I loved my time in Sergio’s apartment. He was very helpful before I arrived, unfortunately, I was unable answer his precise questions related to my arrival and check in but this man was prepared. It was clear his experience with busy people like me. Never had such a good host in this kind of platforms. The neighborhood restaurant he recommended was terrific! The apartment is lovely and comfortable and well-appointed. Because my short stay I didn't use the washer and dryer but they looked pretty new. There are even two full-length mirrors on the closet doors, like at my own home that I was certain what I looked like before I walked out the door. Poble Nou is a new neighbourhood, everywhere is rising a new building and it has an incredible good and new infrastructure in general. A metro stop around the corner allowed my contacts to reach me without issues and a supermarket, bakery, shops and restaurants a few short blocks away make this apartment a real hidden jewel for the price I paid. I'll definitely return to Sergio’s apartment and next time to relax on holidays in the lovely Barcelona. Well done my friend Sergio!
